Now reading these disheartening comments. After barely making it to the boss, but still unable to beat him, I'm going to have 2-3 more modes of this to defeat to get the damn hard badge?! Thanks but no thanks. Good game, but I'll take my easy and medium badges and move along to a less-frustraing game...
For those unable to get the "Zombie Splatter Celebration" Badge, first off you need to realize what you have to do, as it's not so well-explained: splat 10 zombies in a row without any hitting the ground. ****************** Secondly, one hint that worked for me: zoom your screen out (CRTL + mouse wheel) so that the screen is small - this way you don't have to move your mouse so far to hit the clownbies. ****************** [+] this comment if you found it helpful
There should be better features with your staff. Maybe be able to assign them to work certain floors or rooms, or just to be able to click and drag them where you want them to go next after they finish...
In trying to get the Hard badge, I found that "Sweep This" was the best level, once you get the hang of it, since it has plenty of open space.
Just be patient and play smart, pay attention to which squares the animals step on without blowing themselves up, and use that info to figure out where the nearby mines are.
If you get a chance where you're not being chased, move close and away from the mushrooms to make them go red.
Use the bears and bunnies to blow up the troublesome wolves and foxes; otherwise slowly lure the wolves/foxes down to the start area, then sprint away (they'll likely step on a mine trying to get back to you).
I don't understand why I would want to bother saving hanging sheep, which are, at best, constantly in the way and, at worst, the ones who hanged the people in the first place.
I've gotten to level 10 with only minor problems on level 8. But level 10 is not just ridiculously disorienting, but ri-cok-ulously so. I managed to get 2 of 5, but couldn't figure out the other 3 without finding a walkthrough...
You definitely get a 5 for concept, execution and difficulty of game. Awesome game! But that lack of a save meant I was often left with three crappy options: 1) to stay up all night hoping to walk back-a$$wards into a solution, 2) to commit seppuku with my keyboard out of shame or 3) to just quit out of frustration (thereby losing all the progress I made to get to that point)... But as I already mentioned, I went with option #4: cheated with YouTube...
Tip: just get every unique character you can and level them up ASAP; from that point on, don't bother upgrading any normal characters, just replace them with more uniques. In the end, I beat the king easily with a cleric, archer, swordsman and wizard; slight trouble against knights, but the cleric keeps my guys alive to beat them back...
Mind 5: I just wanted to add that after about a billion attemts at being Tarzan, after taking a break from the stupid vines, I cam back and somehow succeeded in jumping to that 3rd vine on my second try! So that means there really is no switch/shadow trick to it. You just have to somehow hit the sweet spot when swinging from vine to vine. It IS, in fact, possible, people!
I NEED HELP! Mind 5. After raising the barrier, there are some vines to climb. Every time I try to jump from the 2nd to 3rd, I miss and die. Am I missing something here, a switch or shadow or something?! I can't imagine that my vine-swinging skillz are so bad, considering I regularly miss the exact same one every time. If anyone has the secret, a tip, a walkthrough... please post it here AND message me. I see a few people commenting on the final level of the game - I'm looking in your direction... Thanks!
Is there a complete walkthrough for this available anywhere? YouTube's got the Body levels and first 2 Mind, but that's it. I need help on that stupid vine-jumping in Mind5...
Arrgghhh. When you're in the battle arena, got to the Red/Green Ghoul, axed it into a corner and then it went offscreen. I was able to damage it with Magic'd double-axe even when he was offscreen, but then my mana ran out.... Now I have to go through the whole arena once more and pray he doesn't again pop off to the pub while we're battling. Please fix that glitch!
Anyone else having a problem in the tournament that your cards aren't becoming active in the number of turns they should? I put out a (1) turn card and it doesn't active until my 3rd turn! In normal play, it would be active the turn after it's played. This is a serious glitch that needs to be fixed ASAP!!!!!
Anyone else having trouble getting the Hard badge to activate once you've already successfully reached all 3 levels in Arcade? I've tried restarting my browser, comp... Any help please?! I want my 30 pts...
Where are the badges? This is such a great game (in spite/because of that hourglass level), it deserves a badge for finishing the thing! [+] this up if you wanna see them finally badge this!
Plus with the Item Glitch you can customize how your characters look, instead of worrying about what's best for them. For me it's funniest to see 3 zombies kicking ass in nothing but their tighty-whiteys! LOL
Great game. And it would have taken me forever to beat Senjid the Shadow Boss, if I hadn't read about that ITEM GLITCH (which I don't know why that's mentioned in any of the top-rated comments, so + mine or similar comments up!!): click on any item (regardless of class!) and click on whichever character you want to give those stats to, click on Options and then click that item anywhere on the background (gray or red doesn't matter). Your character has just absorbed all the stats of that item, including piercings and defenses. No more need to really sell items when you can "keep" them forever :)
I posted below about a modified Nauto strategy that I got work each time. Start only in New Zealand. I always got Madagascar infected. Maybe most boats entering Madagascar call New Zealand home. Either find my comment below or try out Nauto's. Just use New Zealand!
