NEW ZEALAND IS THE KEY! Used modified Nauto98001 strategy to get all badges pretty easily with my virus "T. Baggeris Palinitis": 1) Start in New Zealand only; 2) Have Sneezing & Tier 1s except Drug; 3) Spread to 3 more countries and remove Sneezing, then let it go everywhere (I consistently got it into Madagascar within 30 days); 4) Once it's everywhere, put back on Sneezing, Coughing, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Kidney Failure, Pulmonary Edema, Hypersensitivity, Fatigue, Fever... (basically focus more on the killers than the infectors, as it'll spread to everyone on its own); 5) I did put on all 4 Drug tiers, but suspect I could've killed off hospital countries before any vaccine, therefore spending those points on stronger symptoms; 6) I did put on Heat & Cold 2, but likewise think it not totally necessary, as they help infections, not death; 7) I suppose some of the Tier 4 killers would be nice, but probably too expensive to unlock… [+] this if you found it helpful, and thanks Nauto98001!
Madagascar makes a crappy starting spot. Yes it's hard to import a disease to there, but exporting one from there also sucks. I followed Nauto's advice (Tier 1s except Drug + Sneezing) and it took until day 93, when only 1700 citizens weren't yet virus bombs, for Russia to finally import some of my fine Madgascaran products :( I strongly suspect that New Zealand is the real key...
"Canada completely devoid of life" LOL!!! But just barely missed the Impossible badge :( Only 2756 left on day 100 (killed the last human in Calcutta by day 116). I started in New Zealand and lucked out getting Canada, Cuba and Greenland in my 1st four, using Nauto's strategy above. Just don't know how to make it faster. (Even somehow managed to get a ship into Japan even though it was all closed up ?!?)
I'm still missing one spell card. Which is it? How do I unlock it? It's the one on the far right above Zeus Wrath Berzerker, or whatever it's called...

And as for button changes, I'd say it's best to have some sort of a controls input-er, or at least offer a few options. Just because 1) I accidentally pressed space a few times and ended up teleporting back when I didn't want; and 2) I've got a European keyboard where the Y and Z are switched, so it gave me a slightly awkward hand position. But the game is so cool it's worth any carpal-tunnel-ness!!
Every time I try to play, there's no connection. Same thing for me on WR1. I assume, from the comments that it's because of the cheap server issues. But is it also maybe that they're open only at specific times? I'm in Europe, so thinking maybe they open more when Americans are awake...?
This is ridiculous. Waiting forever to enter my first ranked match, and still trying to find my closest match of 17 people online. How hard is to figure out? I'm at zero. Work your way up until you hit any number. That will be my closest match! (of course with such a limited set up of who you can PvP for advancement, of course there are only 17 online...)
Nevermind. If that happens to you, close down your browser window, and reopen the bowmaster page and press play. For me at least, it then automatically finally "remembered" that I'd actually beat all the baddies...
Woohoo!3.4 million!!! The key is to have the tank and golden gun obviously, with a bomb pack and a ton of nukes. Shoot him to space and rocket him. Then as soon as he ceomes out of deep space, shoot him back up until you're out of ammo. Then just try to time your nukes to hit the ground the moment after you bounce off the ground. Otherwise, just pray to get more ammo to send him back to orbit. (+) this if you think it was helpful...
Yeah it's glitchy. Too bad for an otherwise excleent series. Hopefully he'll fix it soon.
As for the sounds, just mute it.
If you want to watch the intro, I found by just clicking on the incoming meteor it will go, then freeze a bit, but clicking again continues a bit more, before freezing... So you can somewhat enjoy the intro despite glitchiness.
This is a great series. They all need badges, 'cause they're not easy (though not as hard as his Daymare series which are near impossible without a walkthrough).
But I digress...
Anyone else experience a glitch where the lighter gets stuck as your cursor and you can't do anything? I lit the bunsen burner and now have to restart :(
I don't understand the second badge. I've finished the game, gotten all 15 achievements, including the green ones. So why don't I have that badge?!?
Do I have to earn all 5 green achievements in a single case or something?!?
