The music is so unpleasant that it practically ruins what otherwise would be a fun game. Turning it off also removes sound effects, and that's just lazy development.
Here's a tip: If you use your browser's zoom-in function, the text behind the App Store ad is only partially obscured. When you're buying a ship, the number is your cash. When you're at sea, it's your score (i'm guessing). Also, the Brigantine is an excellent midgame ship with good bang for your buck.
Current & max health need to be displayed as a numeric value somewhere so we can see if the upgrades and repairs to health are worth it between levels.
Kind of funny that this is from the developer whose last project was Endless Migration: goes from a game where you don't press the mouse button at all to one that requires you mash on it constantly! Game is good fun, but please do something about that.
Do the characters share items that you buy with diamonds? If not, I think I'll save up because you can only earn the diamonds from the achievements once.
Fun, but the controls aren't very good: You aim and shoot with the mouse, and reload/switch weapon key controls are on opposite sides of the keyboard. The game appears to be designed for folks with three hands.
This is a very good game: the best iteration of the Bloons TD series. Rated 5/5. But the tower defense genre is so saturated now that there's very little reason to play a new TD game that's 100% free, let alone pay for premium content.
This is fun, it's starting to get very frustrating: There are no names of zones displayed and all the terrain looks the same. I have no idea where I am, where my goals are or where the merchant is. I'm running around in circles.
I like it a lot, but it's very very easy: If the original Asteroids had healing, no drift, power-ups, and aim assistance like this does, an entire Saturday at the arcade would only have cost one quarter!
This game is brilliant. I've been playing through its dedicated web site because of the larger UI, but I just remembered that my browser has full-page zoom.
This is a nice twist on Sokoban-style puzzles, but the font in the game is barely readable at smaller sizes, making the in-game instructions that show up before a level starts difficult to decipher.
Also, your instructions below the game here on Kong mention mouse controls that don't appear to work. If you fix this or replace these instructions with the working controls (arrow keys), you'll probably improve your rating (see remarks from other commenters who can't figure out the controls).
