Oh great, another stupid block physics puzzle game with ... oh hang, on, that's a bit clever.
Level 25 drove me mad, 35 was brilliant once I worked it out. Great take on the idea.
To avoid dying of boredom on running training (especially on the professional level), just start training, put something on the space bar, and go and do something worthwhile. Come back 15 mins later and you'll have reached max level. Same applies to most other training.
If your keys are sticking, try a different game or something, it's NOT your browser.
On mission 8 (or 9 - whichever one you have the spotter on) the first instruction he gives you is wrong, if you're going by the compass indicator. The "scout on the north west building" is actually on the building to the west - shooting the guy on the north west building first instead of second fails the mission. And if you hang around waiting for his instructions after shooting the sandbag guy on the ground, the APC rolls round, spots him (behind the sandbags?), and you fail. Bottom line - despite the mission instructions, *don't* listen to your spotter. He's working for them.
Couple of issues with the monster health bar - if you're fighting a legendary, the bar can disappear off the top of the screen as the monster is too big; and a numeric value for remaining health would be useful - I've seen monsters with an empty health bar need another 1500+ damage before they die. It's a bit difficult to judge. Enjoyed the game, but by the 5th or 6th island it was just getting repetitive, could do with a storyline, or anything really the keeps interest over time.
Fun for a while, but the repetition of the puzzles got a bit irritating (and odd that the first route one was the hardest), and what really bugged me was the document view, I just got fed up scrolling back and forth all the time.
So many times I've wished a game had a skip level key, and now that tihs one does, I want to beat the level by myself. Also, the Quantum Translocator is a lie.
Not a bad game, but there's no real incentive to collect hearts or do it in few putts. Some kind of par system, or gold/silver/bronze star per level, would make it a bit more interesting (although my final score of -100 was a bit embarrassing :). Also, it's a bit odd that restarting a level doesn't reset your putt count.
Besides the energy system sometimes not even giving you the energy you're due, the stupid game also doesn't count any in-game achievements earned while you're not logged in towards the badge, even after reloading
Excellent, really enjoyed it. Funny, with logical puzzles. Though was a bit confused at the sudden mention of a curse after I escaped jail. Loved the "good" ending credits.
Ohh, ffs, I've had enough of this. I'd no problem with the energy thing until now, but after planning my play to take advantage of the energy refill on a level increase: "You are now level 14, your energy has been restored". But no, it hasn't, so back to waiting. If you're going to implement a restrictive energy system that irritates the hell out of 80% of people who play your game, at least learn to do it properly so you don't bug the other 20%. 1/5
Suggestion for next time: an upgrade for selecting more than one grid space at once. Was a bit of a chore getting the 'real estate' medal, especially with laggy flash in vista. Maybe an upgrade for placing/upgrading multiple weapons of same type at once
Starts off well, and the atmosphere and pics are great, but I just felt some of the bits near the end got a bit silly. Collecting ten lemon slices, etc.
