I realize why I had never played this one. There are far more bullets to avoid, patterns that can be impossible to survive, and the music is just nauseating. As with the last one, the defensive path is far more powerful than the offensive one. I mean really, more bullets+more drones+a shield? Could've at least made ship speeds to compensate.
I told my friend that this game was addicting. He said, "It can't be that difficult to quit." Next time I saw him he said, "You were right." Apparently he'd been playing it for the last 12 hours.
I havent got the slightest clue where to get a ruby. At the same time, the "Final boss" was relatively easy other than the fact I finished it with only 2 characters left alive, both of which could die in 1 hit.
I left the game on auto insta-mining bone for a few hours (Twas the best I could do at the time.) Then came back to some billions, upgraded the pick, and went straight to darkstone. Who knew leaving it on would award me so much
Character gets stuck with Pheobe: *Voice of player* "Aren't you glad I made you get all those items you never used?" *Character thoughts* "I wish the player would shut up for a while."
First few moments into the game: This feels like a generally cliched game. Basic, non-normal protagonist lands who knows where for who knows why. First person to help you is of course the thief. I wonder if the game story gets good.
That sad moment when NOTHING is in line, causing you to waste bullet after bullet trying to get somewhere. Then that moment when EVERYTHING explodes, to the point that there is nothing left to hit. This can be a game of chance sometimes.
That miserable moment when you need a walkthrough, but can't watch any videos because youre on a school computer or laptop that has practically everything blocked.
So how about that lag? You practically have to be pro. Low FPS (varies between computers, mine was 2FPS), catch up speed (varies between computers, mine is 3X) and coins EVERYWHERE. The worst part is, there's probably only 20$ worth of coins on the screen. Other than that issue, the game was pretty good.
