Hah, beat my high score. Got it up to 634,750. Turns out the value of remaining clicks increases the more you have. I don't think I can top that value. I claim this game conquered
high score 588,500 points. Did it on nightmare. Trick is to complete each level with the most amount of clicks remaining each level and making sure you get the full multiplier.
The new game concepts are a definite improvement. Much better game play than before. Just hope you can fix that game crash.. as I've yet to complete a game since update.
Well, finally beat this game. Tactically, it was a great idea. Having to place towers and make decisions based on enemy towers is a new concept to tower defense games. That said, if you make a sequel or similar game, focus should be on optimizing the game performance (as it runs drastically too slow for the level of graphics), some more variety in monsters and towers, and a speed button. It would also be nice to be able to disable the auto pause on the game when you it loses focus; I'd like to be able to read my email during slow parts of the game. An upgrade system isn't necessary, though many here like them, as it just creates the illusion of progress.. unless you put the same level of innovation into it as you did the basic game. Thank you for making this.
2 bugs:
selling items give full price, not half price. The achievements Fuerte, Super, and Master of Monsters doesn't appear to be attainable. I got a level 30 Elgi with 500s for all stats, and all trophies, and still can't get those achievements.
Will resign is right. To beat hell, you need to focus on lazers in the middle. The issue is that the zombie armor gets so high in the end, all low end damage towers become worthless.
I'd also line up the path with lots of cheap ice towers to make sure everything is slowed at all time.
Level 28 is impossible to beat. With 5 anti air defenses, I could not shoot down all the air, and the land forces broke through my wall and laser eventually.
Some tips: The compose number on the bottom of the item stats is the amount of enhancements you can add to the item..... focus on getting your drop rate enhancements increased first. If you can get it around 40 to 50, you can go to areas filled with slimes and make money and gems relatively quickly.... get your block and magic resistance up as high as you can, great damage nullifiers. Get damage %, defense % and crit up as high as you can, ..... poison weapons are good for leveling, as they sometimes cause an enemy to give you xp twice, but you want a thunder weapon later as it stuns.... check Susans shop everytime you go to town. She sometimes sells gems and soul stones. If you purchase the stones by dragging them onto your inventory screen instead of double-clicking, then they will refresh when you open the shop screen again. Good way to build up your inventory of those items.
way way too easy. For once you get a couple support buildings up, you are set. The healing support building heals all your units at the end of each round.. so you dont need to waste money healing them that round ever again.
Up your gold income to max. Then up your defense to max. Leave one guy to hit your castle to milk your income. Repeat that for a couple levels, upping your castle's hit points each time. You'll easily have half a million gold in no time, then you can upgrade everthing. Don't bother buying troops until you have 500k gold to spare, as you want them to have 100+ attack, and lots of hit point and defense.
Fixed that.
