I found two bugs. 1. The units can get out of the playfield into the surrounding grey area. They continued to walk and fight there, but not correctly. It was on the map "Granadamania", where some buildings in the left corner stay to close to the border. 2. (needs-a-perfect-timing-bug;))) If you cast resurrection or summon a devil and at the next moment all your units get killed, you loose. But this spells have delays. So the skeletons and a devil appeared and continued fighting, though I already had the "you loose" message on the screen and could not use spells or summon undead. The funny thing - they killed everyone and the battle was counted for me as won=).
Restart-button does not function properly. The first hit is ok, but the next ones (in the same game) do not restart the puzzle - all the lines stay there. When the puzzle is already finished this malfunctioning restart brings up the "puzzle solved" window (without restarting). I tested it only for level 1. Level 3 is just hurting my eyes with its microscopic numbers.
It's hard to find any universal strategy to solve the puzzles. The only one I can think of is starting with the colours with both cells at the edges of the field, because it's pretty obvious how should they be placed not to block other colours. Second stage - trying to connect the colour with one cell at the edge. Well, it doesn't always work, but is still better than nothing=).
Anyway - a great game.
I like both the webcomic "Station V3" and difference games, so I've been hoping to find a perfect combo here. But this game is a fail. It's not only about boring differences. It happens sometimes, that the right detail disappears and the "mistake" stays on the picture! Like eyes, pupils, colours. How could you be so inattentive creating a game after you placed some great ones here on Kong?..
I hope, that Kongregate will be smart enough not to give one of the Tyrants hard badges the status of the "badge of the day" someday. 'cause it won't be possible (even theoretically) to earn it in 24 hours without paying real money for restoring the energy))))).
Besides all of the mentioned buttons (mute sfx and msc, restart) it should be possible to skip upgrade-menu. I don't want to put the points into "jump", because it is way to easier to get coins without it, while they don't apper too high. But I have to reload the game for it!
