controls are too floaty for something that requires timing, and reactions are inconsistent: the same jumping-on-a-blob with the same blob will sometimes kill it and sometime kills me; some invisible blocks don't always appear. I get that the game is supposed to be frustrating (it's a remake of Syobon Action), but inconsistent behaviour crosses the line from "hard" to "unfair."
iframe has scrollbars around it, mouse sensitivity is way too high and unadjustable, and the glare from the flashlight means I can't see anything I get close enough to interact with, it's just a white circle that fills the middle 1/3rd of the viewing area.
"To begin capturing land, you must choose a path" how do I do that? I've clicked on all the elements in the game, and the only instructions are "use mouse"
"# give the audience what they want" no, it's clear the crafter of the media has desires and they're projecting, coercing me into publishing something lurid. Again, not sure if this is a lesson or brainwashing.
I kept taking pictures of happy peeps, but "# peaceful people are boring" hey wait a second, if the medium is biased for a certain message, and the game's author decides what will be published, then the author/publisher of the game is pushing an agenda. Not sure if I'm learning or getting a message shoved down my throat.
There are places I get stuck when I enter a room. ie. the hidden island in the water area. Walking south from where the four lamps are, the top square of the next room is water, so I always step into the water and respawn on the water, the only way to get out is to reload the game, but my last save point is north of the always-falling-in water.
Hey, thanks for pointing this out to me.
Just uploaded a fixed version. I reworked it, so that you don't get infinitely stuck anymore. I made the island a little bigger and added in a floating water container so you'll be able to make yourself a bubble to cross the water. Your save file will still work.
Let me know if there are any other places you get stuck!
Game starts, I hear cheering, keyboard doesn't respond, and in less than five seconds "Sorry, you have been disconnected from the game because you were AFK too much. Be warned that this counts as an automatic report, 8 of which will result in a ban!"
Thank you for your comment
