For those being annoyed by the + & - of a single crew member at a time: Hold the mouse button down and the addition/removal will start going faster - DO NOT stop holding the button when you move your cursor to another button and it will continue doing it really fast. This should make things go a little faster for you :)
Its a nice game and definetly has potential. Here's my take on what needs improving: When you reach a place you cant beat, it becomes really hard to get stars. The things the player can do are a bit cookie cuttery and one dimensional. No story and very repetitive gameplay. I'd give it 3/5 right now because I like the potential the game has, but I would say it's still in alpha stage - don't give up, keep on adding things and making things more complicated.
Very nice, but has a problem with difficulty - so far i've only encountered very easy places (next to no damage, no hectic situations at all) and sudden deaths. The difference in the encounters isn't that big either, so I'm assuming that's how the game plays at the moment, either easy-peasy or the whole squad dies.
Very nice game, I hope you'll make a sequel or add more content :) A little feedback on balance: the difficulty curve is a bit steep, which makes the fights very easy when you're all trained up, and quickly impossible when you're undertrained - it would be more fun if strategy had a tiny bit more to do with your progress forward instead of alternating between a training fest and a zergfest. Also, strength training is a bit harder than the other trainings.
I see what you mean but I think there is tried to give a little room for strategy. For example I often manage to win one or two more battles even if enemies are OP compared to me, using skills, spells and potions! But anyway, thanks a lot for your review!
Many upgrades do nothing. I get that things are different from the description because you balance things and don't update the descriptions (which you should make automatic by inserting the values from the constants into the descriptions, this is not hard to do), but when I get an upgrade (Advanced Automation, Alloy Armour) and get _nothing_, I get a bit pissed off.
"Many upgrades do nothing." --
Quite contrary, every upgrade has a specific and very significant effect.
Advanced Automation makes SW work twice a year instead of once per year. (This is mentioned in the upgrade description.) Alloy Armour increase hunt effectiveness by 50% (This is mentioned in the upgrade description).
If I'm looking at the dates right, mute not working should've been fixed months ago. It's a big impact on the players who want to use it and not that hard to fix. Disappointing :/
There needs to be more time to observe the events in the log, I play relatively actively (doing other things for ~5mins while i'm out of things to do in game), but still 9 out of 10 of those events just fly out of the window and I feel its ridicilous that I should sit by the game doing nothing just to catch this one button. It's an idle game, it should not require me to check it every minute.
It would be nice to have the button to send cats to find trade partners go away once you can't find any more or at the very least have the tooltip say wether or not there are more civilizations to find after the first 3, as I'm done sending parties after 3 of them didn't find anything, because I don't know if there's some that take alot of tries to find or if you just let me waste the catpower with no new ones to be found.
The concept is very cool, however, the actual gameplay is very tedious (gotta click on a couple dozen 'turrets' and do the exact same thing on each), simple (no choices whatsoever, just one line of turrets and one line of upgrades) and booooooriiiiiing.
The word "After" in Systems tab Looks like "Filter" because of the crappy font (or rather, the spacing between the characters). Causes a bit of confusion in the beginning.
Hello:) You can choose level to play now!
