The dialogue in the intro basically killed this game for me, I didn't bother to play after that, so I guess I can't really give objective criticism for this game, but that's what happens when you have such monotonous dialogue. Also, was I the only one here who was really annoyed by the constant "!!"s in the intro dialogue? The dialogue was very slow and formal, and even then the grammar was awkward. I know a videogame isn't supposed to be the epitome of proper grammar, but dialogue that is grammatically correct is MUCH more engaging.
Maybe it's just me, but I think that including tips like "...if the game lags..." or "if you're using Chrome" in the game's tutorial, while I'm walking around, kind of kills the RPG atmosphere.
I see you still haven't fixed the glitch where one opens a drawer with spiders crawling around, closes it, and then is still able to see the spiders crawling around even in the closed state. Top notch coding right here, everybody, observe and learn.
So many butthurt fanboys of the vacuous idle-clicker genre keep downvoting all the messages that provide criticism. Yes, because every game is immaculate and should NEVER be criticized. GOD FORBID IMPROVING IT.
Why are there no Instructions in-game? There should be some sort of tutorial to usher in new players, otherwise you may lose your audience (which is essentially what happened with me, unfortunately).
There's a major bug that gets really annoying: whenever I take control of my spearman, he ALWAYS throws his spear, even when I don't click the button. Before I move him or do anything with him, as soon as he spawns he turns around and throws his effing spear like a moron!
I say this in every game, and I'll say it in this one too: always upgrade your archers, always USE your archers. They're indispensable in this game. Two to three archers, fully upgraded, are not to be laughed upon.
I BARELY made Level 20 on 3 stars. The design should be tweaked just a little, because I was able to get 3 stars flawlessly on all the other levels yet level 20 took me like 15 minutes of persistence e_e
To anyone stuck on level 22: land on the middle part of the boulder, a little towards the rear half so that you don't fall forward onto the spikes, and then let go of your keys. I found this is the best (perhaps the only?) way to balance on it.
The ship on level 2 makes no sense at all...I keep spontaneously exploding and the ship gets stuck on the TNT, forcing me to restart the entire level...
I know, but I tried to get it over with quickly.
