Why is it that I can pause my game and then order my units to move around, unpause, and my units actually go to the ordered locations? That's so strange...
I like the fact that the beginning starts out as just another cliche adventure game but then eventually takes an interesting turn. That sort of design reminds me of Spec Ops: The Line. Overall, this game is fun and casual. The only thing that bugged me was the fact that I couldn't initiate a second round of consecutive dialogue after talking to the alchemist, even though the prompt for "E" still appears over her. 4/5
Finally beat Marksman Dantus. Tips to anyone else who struggles: Attack, Strength, Stamina, and Defense. Focus more on Strength, Attack, and Stamina than defense. Use defense prior to dueling Dantus. Attack so that your hits connect. Defense to increase block chance. Gl.
@muerksblehske "and the realization with so few elements, should make many AAA companies blush" It's a fine game, yes, but this statement is far too exaggerated. Clearly you have a very low standard for quality games if you prefer a somewhat buggy 2D, albeit artistically beautiful and sweet, flash game to something produced by a professional gaming company.
In payload mode, it doesn't make sense for the payload to actually slow you down if you're going in the opposite direction--that is, head-first towards the earth. But it does slow you down in the game.
I recommend maxing the Rocket Kit, using a maxed Ram Jet, and an F1 Bell Nozzle. Very effective, especially in traditional mode because of the low weight but super high top speed.
I've gotta agree with Abadia. This third installment feels rushed and unfinished. In my opinion, the previous LTF games were much better in terms of performance and enjoyment.
It's very annoying to spawn right back in and have enemies--archers, even--all around you. The hitboxes are also very inaccurate. I understand that the game was made in a very short amount of time, but even then I don't think it's a 5/5 game. Maybe 4/5.
That would be what this medal does, yes.
