hmm... in my opinion, there could be more done with this. it's not a bad start, but it can definately be considered a start, not an end. there are a LOT of balance issues and really not enough cards to select from. Add to that the bit where any card can be put in 5 times (no lesser limits) and you can get out 5 Commander J’Ardans (+4 to all) and a pair of other soldiers, then its all kinda pre-determined from there.
Bug report: blue spell Frailty says it ends at the end of every turn until the creature dies.
This definately has potential, but needs a healthier body of not-creature cards worth the time to use (and perhaps a few not-creatures with 1 cost)
qualm: Word of Light is in white, instead of black. Perhaps one of (if not the) most effective hurt-self-for-effect cards is in the set devoted to defense, and not the set devoted to hurting itself for great effect.
Allow for the user to take down enemy turrets (and vice-versa) perhaps?
Very easy game once you sneak past the drones... the enemy turrets fire at very regular intervals, making dodging them very simple.
