Good game. Gets a bit boring on the long flights and the last 10-15k comes down more to luck than anything else. Might want to check your API calls. I'm on the board with 42k, but I've had 3 or 4 over 50k and my longest was a bit over 58k.
The way the balls bounce off the walls is a bit odd. When they are shot forwards they'll bounce and roll over the sand for quite a distance - when they richocet off a wall, they seem to stop dead as soon as they hit the sand. Feels like it should be a more elastic collision.
As its target practice, prehaps something other than drab, gray cans? I spend my first game trying to bring the walls down while avoiding the lengths of rebar sticking out of the ground infront of them.
Ok, nice start. Got a few problems though. Aiming control needs to be much more precise for the long shots - Maybe a modifier key to reduce the speed with which the gun turns? Some sort of vertical range indicator? The ability to lock the rotation while you adjust the elevation would also be good. Be good if I could elevate the aiming camera independently from the gun - I'm not always shooting at the ground and I'd like to inspect my target. The ability to change the zoom level for the aiming camera?
For mission 2 it said break the structures - but it didn't terminate when I had all three structures in pieces on the ground. Turns out I had one leg of one of the structures standing undamaged. Might want to check those clauses, cause it sure looked broken to me.
Needs more upgrades - larger mags and faster reloads. What's the point of giving us a reload button if there are never any breaks in the action when we can press it without causing a premature beak in our firing? Also taking out tanks with a sub machine gun seems a tad optimistic...
Frogger rip - and your collision detection sucks. Only collide with the dudes feet. If I'm standing on the dashed line, a car in the lane behind me should not run over my head.
What to do with a badly damaged chopper? Sell it. Costs 10 gold to sell a badly damaged starter chopper and replace it with another one. Which, unfortunately, brings us to the infinite money bug. Bring up the menu for a chopper just before it is destroy, wait a little until it is dead and then hammer the sell button - even though the chopper is gone, you get the cash for selling it - and the menu doesn't dismiss, so every time you press the button you get the cash for selling it. :-(
