Nice game. I'm honestly not thrilled with the way epic war has been going, I liked the style of 1+2 more than 3+4. Nice improvement on 3 overall though, except that shield is _way_ too good. All i do for every epic battle that doesn't have a gimmick is just hang out, save up mana, shield until I win.
concept > execution. It kinda reminded me of the steam fighting robot game in that it was fun, but really could have used more useful drawing tools or a cleaner way to make smooth tracks. I was also not wild about the cart not being glued to the tracks.
Advice for "Shot Through the Heart": Use the Piecing Arrow on level 4 (or other similar level) and get a good arc that goes though multiple enemies. The more enemies that get pierced, the more damage each hit does. You should get 600 in no time if you can get 5 or 6 guys.
i would have liked an option for WASD. Also, the difficulty ramp was a bit of a cliff: everything before three knights was trivial, everything after took a few tries.
busier and less technical than either frantic or pixelvader. fun for a little while, but the gameplay isn't on the same level as those titles. cool graphics though. I recommend full smart missiles and 3 points in boost. Except last boss: use full dumb missiles with 3 boost.
My recommendation for Survival: Ultimate Ship, Classic main, Electric wingmen, Kamikaze, Commander, and Custom Ship. Go very aggressive in first part and kill things right on top of them, you should be able to get more than enough money, about 75000. After that, just play hard and try to control the bottom of the screen.
fun short easy game. I recommend prioritizing engines then armor then weapons. The oil slick, mines, and slammer were all good weapons. If you are having trouble beating something, use the auto guns, but unless you are redoing a lot of missions you won't have money for it.
