Pretty generic idle game. Decent enough, but should have been proofread: the capitalization is inconsistent (even in the game title) and the misspellings are getting on my nerves ("traiding," "diplomaty," "empover," etc.).
Potential to be a decent farm game, but as it is I'm not impressed. Besides the name being wrong (title screen says this is Farm Mania 2) and the description including full-game features that aren't present, there are some significant flaws in the gameplay. The 2 biggest problems I spotted: You can only carry 2 items at a time, but there doesn't seem to be a way to drop an item or cancel an action. And you can't see the levels' goals before starting a level, so you might enter into a level without the necessary items to complete it.
I enjoyed this game very much! Got my dungeon crawl fix. Nice variety of skills and equipment. Biggest complaint is how dark the world is - I was squinting at the screen most of the time.
Apparently trees explode in showers of body parts and the enemy is dumb enough to throw grenades at themselves. Just gonna say, it would be nice to have some kind of viewable stats for the weapons and other upgrades, for those of us without an encyclopedic knowledge of military history.
I try to be methodically exhaustive and try everything, tracking my tested combinations in a spreadsheet... then suddenly it's a new episode and things that didn't combine before do now, and vice versa. Now I have to retest everything! That drives me crazy!
Nice game, could use some streamlining in future versions - a "sell all" button in the arms/armor tabs would be appreciated, maybe auto-resolve encounters as badly outmatched as single footman vs 4 men with claymores in a tank...
And btw - I don't know if the Buccaneers have equivalents, but the Enforcers' 2 missions that limit the encounters to Buccaneer battles? Don't finish those right away, it's easy income from the spoils of war and the smuggling with no chance of being caught!
cute game, only thing i dislike is the apparent anti-housing movement sweeping the nation... of my last 100 buildings, exactly 1 house has been built. spawning 1000 people is always my last achievement!
Haven't even started playing, but I gotta say I love the intro. Golden lizards spontaneous combustion, and beetle sisters who dress like ghosts? Can't wait.
Needs a better hint/guide system, like a list of possible creations. Also, I appreciate the depth in the number of combinations, but it's oddly inconsistent: for example, the things fire burns (fire+something=ash) seem a bit arbitrary: snakes are flammable but not turtles or beasts. If you're going to go for it, go all the way.
I am loving this game! It's like no other mining/crafting game I've ever played. The upgrades and the ability to change locations makes it stay fresh and fun even after hours of playing. All I could ask for is a better explanation of how to discover recipes, I'm stuck at question marks in every upgrade.
Phew, that hard badge is hard! The fame requirement goes up much faster than I can train people, I had to give up my keeper characters to make it! Thank goodness for months when Mana Scholar is the demanded class!
Which of the buffs have effect in tactical battles? I've been testing things out, and hit chance, hit points, and protection clearly do, while max mana, improve potions, and improve scrolls clearly don't. Anyone know about the others?
I really appreciate the variances in difficulty between fish. Most games, the bigger the fish the harder to catch, period. Here, each species has different pull strength and bar size, so sometimes the smaller fish can be the hardest to reel in! It adds a touch of variety and realism that's really unique to this game.
So my kid gets summed up as the greatest hero ever to walk the earth, with evil nearly extinct and his village a thriving metropolis... and it's only a tier 5 result? What does it take to get tier 1, ascended godhood?
