Wow! At the moment, I'm the only person to have beaten the game except the developer o.O and I only used the walkthrough for one level and one hint for another level... I feel smart now :P
To all who lost their progress, here's how to get it back: Find the folders logica_kong_new_secure.swf and logica_kong_secure.swf. One of them has your old save, the other has the new save which is back at the beginning (I don't remember which is which). Look at the contents, compare the dates and copy the old save on top of the new one. Presto!!! Your old save is back. Worked for me :)
LOL guys it's not a "rip-off", it's a spoof. And that's OK. The puzzles were original, which is more than I can say for most flash adventure or room escape games out there.
You can "cheat" and just GUESS which suspect did it... try a few times and you'll eventually get it right. That gets you the first 2 achievements within seconds.
