Something else I noticed: waves in one stage don't increase in difficulty, but going to the next stage suddenly is a large increase (from one enemy ship to three).
Anyway, this certainly has great potential (otherwise I wouldn't have bothered to comment :))
I saw that happening too.
Not sure why though since that was not intended this way.
It should increase slowly after a few waves in the same stage.
After changing the stage the counter should reset not go crazy ^^
I'm still unsure about that one.
Sure you lose all the ships you have left in the fleet.
But it was mainly ment for that. So you don't have to watch after it is clear that you will lose now.
One suggestion to clarify things: once you figure out how to add a ship to your fleet it is tempting to add more. Apparently there is a cap to what you can add. I bit more information on this (both the way you add a ship as the cap) would help a lot to get started.
Also: Fill the grid with consecutive numbers that lead to the given totals. What does consecutive here mean?
It would probably be better to state that you may fill in any number as long as no number occurs twice in the same row or column.
Looks like a promising game, but the rules are not entirely clear and the interface isn't very user friendly. I think this may chase away users very quickly, which is actually a shame.
I have stopped caring about mute buttons since I started using a browser that has a mute button on each tab (Firefox or Edge).
But I'm wondering: does ascending actually do anything?
The video function doesn't work anymore and on top of that it freezes the game progress. It switched browsers which helped for a short while but now the function is broken in three different browsers.
Nice start. I just wonder: why not give an indication of the cost of the next upgrade? A profit-per-second for each eater would be nice too. Right now it still feels a bit incomplete, although clearly a considerate amount of work has gone into it already.
It seems like a nice game and the graphics look cool, but the user interface is horrible. Half of the time I don't know where or how to click, or to use Esc or something else. Having to click a button twice to actually make it do something is a bad solution. Other than that, like I said, it looks promising.
Agreed! The problem is already fixed in the current version. I can't publish it right now because we are adding much more to the end screen (online leaderboard, specific dialogs based on your choices and results, and more). We should be able to make this big update in approximately a month. Thanks for playing and for your comment :)
Nice game, nice graphics. I wouldn't say it is unlike any other tower defense game, but it certainly isn't bad. My main problem is that the actual playing screen is a about a quarter of the size of the game box it opens in and the bottom row isn't entirely visible. With the game controls over the playing grid it is sometimes a bit awkward. Trying to place a tower beneath the Next wave button will start the next wave.
No, I did not! But how people call it, life got in the way, and I am currently not able to do good work for the game.
But in the near future I will continue working on it! :D
