Nice game, with an interesting new twist, but a bit heavy on the animations for my taste with screen elements sliding in and out of sight and the constant shaking of the puzzle area.
To scroll the upgrades you can simply drag the list up or down. That works perfectly. As for the scroll wheel...
I have to stop playing now, need to go see about a new pair of eyes.
Notice how in tv series or movies the computer geek is always typing randomly on a keyboard, even if they just need to shut down their system? I bet they're actually just playing this game, so they look like real programmers.
Two observations:
- it seems this game can only be played properly with auto-clickers. What's the fun in that?
- I have 900 wizards earning 99 sextillion, buying the next boss means they will loot 400% more, which turns out to be 124 sextillion. I don't understand the math behind that.
Conclusion: this game is fun in the beginning but soon turns out to be a dead end, which is a shame.
Ctrl-+ really makes this game so much more playable. Otherwise the main challenge for me is to actually click on the right square. :) Nice game otherwise.
Although I'm not into this kind of game (moving around makes me feel sick ;)) I really like this one. The intro looks amazing and promises a detailed steampunkish environment and it delivers. I liked the interface details in particular. At some point I killed a small creature and his head stuck through the side wall of the train which almost made me feel pity for the little fellow.
Anyway: first impressions are really very cool.
Great game, especially the graphics. The music is excellent too. One thing though: it would be great to see progression through the arenas and other dungeons so you wouldn't have to guess how far you came or how long you still have to go. Being able to pause the game in a dungeon and pick up where you left off later would be nice too.
The game keeps getting stuck after crafting a couple of times. I can't get the message that an item was succesfully created to go away anymore. Only things that helps is refreshing and restarting from autosave. It happened a couple of times and it is quite annoying in an otherwise enjoyable game.
Nice game and well made but to me the biggest puzzle was mastering the controls. This would probably be much more fun as a RL toy (which admittedly wouldn't have that many levels in one set).
The game looks great, but always having a limited sight is a bit tiresome. The constant moving from left to right makes me feel sick if I play longer then two minutes. A bit like car sickness. :)
nice idea, but ima stick with bees
