Game could use a global worker allocation for idle workers: workshop, supply, sentry. Even better if the allocation includes rescue, ammo collection, board collection. As is, workshops need to individually be told to get tons of workers, which can end up being annoying if you suddenly need defenses or suppliers. Intelligent workers could move supplies away from where they're accumulating and towards where they are being used or transported.

The rank system seems to be based on enemies killed per unit time, which means you get an excellent rank when attacked by lots of weak enemies but can't get a good rank if attacked by tougher enemies, or if they take time to spawn? Might be better off with individual time ranks for each level, or something to do with damage dealt and/or received.

Great plot, but the game is a bit lacking in strategy. Main ship is too weak and automated support ships are too strong. Also the initial main weapon, pulse gun or whatever, was so slow as to be nearly worthless, so choose the other one.

The fact that you and your opponent both use the same board can be annoying, because you can't set things up for yourself. But at least if all the moves are bad moves you can skip your turn and force your foe to take the bad move instead.

Games like these are why we need a "free trial" tag. Enjoy the game, tough luck later on if you don't like paying. I put in a feature request for the "free trial" tag so those that it's easier to weed out this sort of tactic. Please + the comment and request that Kongregate add the "free trial" tag!

The leveling up system is a bit vague... I really don't care how much XP-equivalent the level takes, so much as how much it would increase the stats (AND salary!) of my units. It seems to me that leveling up is better done after training so the initial stats are higher? Or it could be my imagination. And training is annoying, it would be better with an auto-train button/checkbox. As for the King... hm all my sons died in combat, I guess the only way to replace me is to find someone who can defeat a 90 year old man in combat. Does he die of old age if no one defeats him be the time he's 99? Even so, it was a fun game, I was just focusing on the things that could be improved.

Melee weapons are basically useless, as they get damaged very easily. The larger guns have more "ammunition" than do melee weapons, and more range too, AND they can be restocked with ammo and completely with large ammo crates. Just keep all your guns and refill them when you can. To save ammo, you can let survivors you find kill off the zombies, and as a bonus that doesn't seem to aggravate them. Zombies can only hear YOU it seems...

I might rate this higher if they didn't have a junk shop disguised as an equipment shop. Maybe also a way to reset your skills if you made a mistake. (+ if you agree)

For those having trouble, hit "p" and then the map tab. This will help you find the weakest enemies, near your start point, and if you flee from the boss you can find him again. Also, at least in my experience speed isn't too useful on account of accidentally leaving a bubble and losing all the bubbles, plus the bubbles and your field of vision are too small for sniping to be much use.

Interesting game, other than the fact that there's no thinking beyond grab the first human in sight, and hardly any skill required to accomplish any of the tasks.

Giant bug: sweep does not reveal the concurrent safe sweeps (ie, when everything is green). This seems to make half the game clicking on things you know are safe due to their being next to a green square.

Better advice: start as a cleric with some strength. Find a witches hut and train your strength. Don't bother hiring party members. Now you're essentially invulnerable because you heal for what damage you do, play as a fighter who doesn't have to bother with potions.

4/5, for the extra one needs to be able to fight without the stupid mouse. I used a macro program to do the standard attack, and I suggest you folks do that too if you get bored of using the mouse to do the standard attack. Alternately, at least put the standard attack so that you can click in the same place twice to do it.

Great game but there is a problem when it can be safer to blunder stupidly into a trap than to actually try to disable it. Dodge needs to be less effective but apply to disarm attempts too. Or, failed disarm attempts could consume the tool but not disarm nor hurt you. Also, there needs to be a way to turn around without waking (unless that was intentional; since certain traps cannot be disarmed safely due to this).

OK, so anyone actually win this thing? I can get then number thing down to 5 by taking the (healthpacks?) which reset when you leave the screen. Inside the tree (follow the little green arrows), I collected a crazy chicken egg, and in the lava place you can get a shovel to fall after collecting a lot of the green things. But then what?
