Whelp, cleared my cache and only my cache. Still no offline progress. However, when I left I had $506 sexsexagintillion. After clearing my cache, I have $404 quinsexagintillion.
I think the solution suggested by the developer doesn't work. But maybe that's just me.
Let me ask you this: How do you complete level tasks if you don't have enough money after scrapping your car to build a car capable of completing the level tasks? When your answer is to play the same level 50 times in a row to get the 150 gold to afford an upgrade, the game is ridiculously grindy.
Ridiculously grindy. Can't get past Level 6, can't get the achievements of the other levels because I don't have enough money. Only money I can get is by beating the same level over and over again, for 15 gold each time. So, to afford basic level upgrades, you need to beat a level 10 times for one upgrade, another 20 for the next upgrade, another 30 for the next upgrade.
Yes, there is longevity to this game, but for the wrong reasons. A game that people play for a long time not because it is that damn good, but because they are just trying to get passed a single hurdle.
I've spent more time trying to play the game than I've spent actually playing the game. Far too often does it fail to load beyond the loading screen and I am averaging 1 server error for every 2 levels I play, resulting in completed levels (and bloontonium and cash) just poofing. Are you sure this isn't a beta?
Ores auto disappear when I remove them from the back pack or try to deposit them into chests. Because of this, it is very difficult to progress without grinding crops to sell in order to have enough money to buy the tools you need.
The new update seems to have disabled the autoclicker. If you turn the autoclicker off, you can click the aliens to kill them. If the autoclicker is turned on, you cannot click the aliens to kill them. You cannot even hover your cursor over them to kill them.
very unresponsive. Takes about 3 clicks now to buy anything. I am sorry, but this update feels like nothing more than putting a fresh coat of paint on a house after someone gutted the inside and wants to sell it.
So rituals are temporary and only work when the game is open? I can understand that. What I don't understand is why when you close the tab you lose the money spent on rituals and the rituals as well when this is not mentioned anywhere.
Loot "chance" seems to drop significantly if you close the tab and play it a day later. At one point, I was getting 4-5 monsters every 3 minutes. 2 days later, I've gotten 4 monsters total.
Either that, or after you get a loot value of at least 800, the chance of getting a monster or item drops...
There really should be an option for what you are enchanting. It shouldn't automatically be the most expensive piece possible. You could add this to the Inventory Options menu and make it a check box for "Enchant Least Expensive Item". If Checked, the least expensive item will be the next one enchanted. If unchecked, the most expensive item will be the next one enchanted.
I think I need to point out an issue in the display with the speed increases of the spawns. 0.4 S is not the same as 0.04 S. This left me thoroughly confused.
Well, some of the business/investments have been receiving a fair number of boosts. What I am currently disliking is that the Shrimp Boat doesn't scale very well, to the point where it quickly becomes the worst investment. In fast, the only reason to ever invest in the Shrimp Boat is for the "Acquire [x] of everything". The only thing it out performs are the Newspaper Deliveries, which has a different purpose and you don't really care about its performance.
Rather than buffing the income from Shrimp Boats, why not include an extra benefit for having [x] amount, like with the Newspaper Deliveries. Even something as small as "Decreases the cost of [Insert Business/Investment Here] by 1%" for each increment of 25 or 50, would make the Shrimp Boat significantly more useful. Even if it is broken up into each Business/Investment like the Newspaper Delivery, 1% decrease in cost quickly adds up when we are hitting the Quattuordecillions.
Hm, offline seems to have stopped for me. Was at 12 quadrillion angel investors after 5 hours (online and offline). After I checked the recent message by hyper hippo games, offline stopped. This was about 13 hours ago. Really wish I knew why offline works not all the time. This isn't an insult or slight against the developer. Just an observation.
Don’t forget to complete level tasks. You get 150 coins for each task you complete.
