It finally happened. My inventory is full, and I have absolutely no item that I can merge. I am already at 345 space, so it is very expensive to buy more storage capacity. The only thing I can do is sell some blueprints.
Once you reach maximum relationship level (and influence rank), the daily rewards which can be bought are worth between 50 and 600 gems, so 20 gems is definitely not too much. Also, even though you get max 20 free gems per day, it is easy to win some more. If you can't claim all your daily rewards, maybe you have too many friends. But maybe the price should be slightly less before you reach max level, as the rewards are much lower.
abates98 just do the events, and aim for the achievements which increase research speed. Also, use a research booster when you play (easily affordable with the free gems). Trust me, at some point research speed is no longer a problem.
In the past, research time was a big problem, now, there are a lot of achievements to boost research. With research boost (1 gem, so totally affordable), it takes me less than a minute to research products up to where I can build them (pistol). And I haven't maxed out the achievements, it could still be 70% faster. If it still takes too long, you can also use a 5 gem time-warp, if there are 50 gems in the possible rewards, you win 6 gems on average, so still worth it.
Well, the lowest rewards are clearly bad, but the highest rewards, x30 boosts or event sets, are definitely worth much more than 20 gems, and the developer is not overstating their value. In fact, once you reach max rank and friendship level, all the possible rewards are clearly worth more than 20 gems, so this price is fair.
So I clicked to watch an ad, no ad available, I paid 20 gems, then an ad popped up, I watched it entirely, it was not validated, and when I closed it the game froze. When I reloaded it, I had received the reward, and the 20 gems gone. So not really fixed for me, anyone else with the same situation?
I can't watch any ads since a few days (normally it works), so my relationship levels go down, and I can't do anything against it. I feel like this should not be the case. I would rather have the relationship level more difficult to increase, but impossible to go down.
@RedDot I don't think it's a bad design to have to use boosters to complete events. It's quite easy to get a few diamonds, so using click, research and merchant boosters should not be a problem. The speed booster helps too, plus it supports the developer.
It's time to increase the number of blueprints we can have: There are currently 78 blueprints, with the current limit of 300, this means that we must have less than 4 per sort in average. I have most of my blueprints at level 4 or higher, up to 8. That means it is very possible to have a full inventory, but not be able to merge any of them, and be forced to sell some. This has never happened to me, but as more blueprints get added it is only a matter of time. What I suggest is that for each product we unlock, the inventory is expanded by 5-10.
Merchant bundle: item value 145, buy for 299. Do you aim for stupid people?
And I calculated, yes, the cost of the items bought separately is indeed 145. I don't really care, as I would not have bought it anyway, but I think you should avoid these sort of special offers.
Not active products are no longer researched. I don't know if this is on purpose or not, but I think they should be researched once all the active ones have been researched (but they should not appear in the active products list). When you do money-runs it doesn't matter, but when you want to do a fame mission this is really annoying, as you have to select the products needed for the mission, wait until they are researched, then build them, and unselect them again afterwards.
In the event it doesn't remember the active products, so unless we untick them each time (which is long and annoying), we have to research all the products. In the beginning, it is not a problem, but for higher items it takes a long time researching, and it is really useful to not research all products, so please fix it before I reach the point :)
As cueballkev pointed out, that "fix" is not good at all. In my case I only produce 15 items, but I instantly have 35 unwanted products that show up in the active products list. This means I have to scroll down to find the products I selected. As it is not possible to minimize products you don't want, they take even more space than before. The active list was a big improvement, so please unfix it :)
About the new update. First of all, the active product thing, this is really a great change, I was waiting for this for a long time :) For the other tabs, I feel achievement tab is useless, but it is not disturbing, so no problem. Research and vendors were convenient to have in the products list, but for me it is not too important. But the auto-build should be visible when you build products. For the boosters, they are difficult to find, and there is space on the right, so I think they should be there (as before). The fact that we start a new town with 0 fame is appreciated in events, but very bad when you reincarnate. Before I could skip through the low levels quickly, now it is really a pain. There must be a way to deactivate this option.
