Fantastic! Just about done with my 2nd playthrough. The planet-to-planet jump is a great next step for the old Motherlode (as is the teleport back to ship, which is mighty, mighty useful). Good evolution of story. Wouldn't mind a little more music variation, but hey--can't complain! 5/5
Really a bit of fun once you're about a half hour in. Visuals and music are lovely, puzzles are well-spaced with good flow into the story (though I probably tried the tiles a good 20 times or so). Well done! 4/5 :)
Cute, and a *lot* of potential. Probably too much to absorb in the first few go-arounds; some sort of playable tutorial would be helpful. But LD always brings out innovation. Best of luck! 4/5
I literally used the phrase "reinvente the wheel" on another game. This one, not as much. [So, groan 1]. Now I'm on level 5, and without pun aforethought, my mind wandered to "yeah, I'm not really a fan." [Groan 2]. Well executed game, but I'm gonna quit while I'm ahead. 2/5
Frustratingly addictive! But I made it to Level 59 in my first go. Gonna take your advice and leave it for a few hours before coming back to it. Kudos! 4/5
Very well rendered and good music, but replay value is kind of minimal. And relying on Wikipedia for the instructive element doesn't quite pull me back to the game. This might have a lot of potential if there were stages (Stage 1: grow to length of 1000 microns to create an "x" nerve; Stage 2: grow to 5000 microns to create "y"...etc...). Enjoyable, if only for a short bit of time. 3/5
Looks very interesting, but I'm having all sorts of color inversion issues upon load. Not quality--everything's still rendered well and speed seems up to par--just color. Any thoughts?
=\
Let's start with the bright side. While playing the game it works fine? I have no idea why it does that, I am very sorry. Can I make a wild guess? Are you using Linux or Mac?
A lot of fun! I agree with comments about the map--it's a little unwieldy. And it'd be great to have an x-out button to close the map like you have on the menu; ESC is a bit inconvenient. Lastly, the cat...oh, the cat...way weird (especially so early on). But much fun again as I've hopped on the last two days! 4/5
Pretty good fun. Not the most logic-oriented guy here, but I thought the difficulty progression was off toward the end (I got Level 12 in no time, but I gave up on Level 10 twice before coming back). Some sort of "Undo" button would be lovely too. But all in all, much fun again! 4/5
Good you like it!
