Solid city in one shot. Hit with Acid just to the right of the pole in the middle. It will splash on the tower to the right a bit, but more importantly, leave enough of the middle section stone intact to crush the king and guard to the right of the pole in the middle. Takes great timing or, in my case, a bit of luck.
Except for the trumpet, I found it pretty solvable. I did get a bit confused with the coordinates, until I reversed them and then the stars lined up. Had to learn a couple of things from the walk through to get the sounds for the trumpet right. 4/5
63/64. Stuck. I see the pixel, but after an insane amount of trying I'm giving up.
Jumping needs a bit of a fix or you need to have more than one way to get the pixels needed to progress/evolve.
I appreciate the concept, but I don't like the limitations. I should not have to do it the "right" way as long as I have a legitimate way. By locking things down, you narrow the options. As a computer programmer I can tell you that some of the techniques used to get the results are frowned upon.
A global map would be a great addition to the local map. See where you are relative to the save site. Also, marking on the map your goal would be nice too when appropriate. You might have to explore first to see the goal, but then you would know where it is. Mark the exit points clearer I got stuck on the first quest screen because the exit was not at first apparent.
The best way to deal with Ninjas is to have an attack tower at the starting points of the level. This makes them drop the smoke bomb right away. The smoke bomb wears off as they get close to your inner defenses which can usually take care of them. As noted by others, holding down the shift key will allow you to shoot multiple meteors. When you have a champion that is a ninja or "magic effect immune" this really helps as an upgraded meteor cast 4 or 5 times will kill them straight out without any assists.
Not a fan of kreds, but as long as all of the real features are available, I don't care. If all the Kreds do is let you jump ahead faster because you are not patient, that's cool.
Definitely an improvement over the previous version. Could use some better instructions regarding the shop, but other than that, darn good. It is, as far as I can tell, impossible to get all of the achievements since you can't solve it fast and still get all of the clue accept maybe by sheer luck of hitting the search warrants and not the herrings.
