Actually, you do accrue the money
IF you live through the level. The BONUS only applies to what you earn on that level so it can be a bit misleading.
It took me longest to get the 40 barbecued people, otherwise, not too hard.
Brisingrflames, its likely because they
bought con bonuses from the healer. Using learning pts for con or strength is really a waste. Also, if the player paid for gems and used those to get bonuses that explains part of it.
I started off giving this a 3/5 and, with
hesitation, have bumped to 4/5. The game is designed for the creator to get money from the impatient people who want to do their battles and progress. If you can be willing to wait, as I am, you will definitely make progress. This is my 4th day on the game and I'm level 37. Without the energy limits I'd be over 50, easy. It's still kind of addicting, but I will never, ever, pay for the cheats to go faster.
Balance has been destroyed.
Firewall now eliminates aether. Bad enough before, but with the low HP most the characters die very fast. Other decks have higher HP and abilities to compensate.
Build greed early. Then attack/defense.
Greed lets you buy level up upgrades and then it's pretty easy. Just make sure you max out at least one step so you can escape from hell. Maxing out includes the bonuses.
Sometimes you just have to go into super speed and hit the target even when near the guards, then you need to run to a hiding space, recover energy, and go invisible. The only real sucky thing is the lack of patterns for movement, the occasional really bad placement of a portal and the fact that the you can not use the portal when the alarm is going. Died a few times before I figured that one out. Still, finished in about a dozen plays.
Luck is a significant factor, but mostly it requires a degree of patience that is not that fun. Good concept and I still give it 4/5, but its really a 3+
