Rate this one a three, reallynice concept but the difficulty ramp is a little bumpy and the knack of controlling three or four factories eludes me (especially when the place you place one is just where none of the deliveries are actaully wanted...) RNG seemed to delight tortuing in this game. The graphics are good though and the sound reasonable - the mechanics good but the interface is fine for one factory but not for more than one (why don't lorries just go from the nearest factory??) Anyway... for the control and difficulties issues I'd rate this a three - good for the concept but otherwise there are better games to spend your time on. Should those issue sbe fixed however it's a definite five out of five :)
A nice little game and although the graphics weren't up to much the puzzles were great and nicely obvious at the same time as being hard to find. The christmas theme kinda put me off but other than that it was a great little five minute game - very good for those who like puzzles :)
Overall a rather less grindy version of this game compared on many and relatively well balanced (though rather more finger mashy than I find pleasant - particularly the boss, no reall strategy there at all). Liked the graphics but didn't like the grind and, since I did everything on my first play through, no replayability at all... having said that I'd not bother going through it again even if there was something a little different or the odd award or such to pick up - too boring by the end. (gotta give you credit for the varied enemy types though...
A very nice little cute game, with good controls, nice change of music to fit the mood and a sterling effort by some very young game writers (even if the artwork was relatively flat); here's hoping for greater things again in the future :) - Overall, very nice game and lookingforward to more :)
Overall a really nice idea for a game and something rather original (with Fez copying it later and all the drama that that cause *sigh*) I felt that sometimes the controls made it a little hard to work out where things were and it was a little easy to accidentally hurt yourself despite the object hurting you ostenciably being hidden. But a good game overall and although I didn't give it a five I probably would have if I was a plantformer fan :) - well done :)
Overall good graphics and close reproduction of the original game (though only using one of the rule sets for fields ;) - the sounds are a bit clunky and the interface also - scrolling with arrow keys or wasd would be much appreciated - could also do with zooming out a little, can't see much of even a tightly packed board. Could also do with variable number of cards/expansion packs :) Otherwise nice game, look forward to seeing what you update this with and other games you make :)
Pretty good overall, nice interface and music - the art was maybe not as good as some of the other things I've seen here but overall it is an interesting game with an interesting premise... I'll be interested to play future episodes and find if the story can be delivered. But in the mean time it's a good start :) -thank you for all your work on it :)
Overall a very nice game with good pacing and interesting puzzles, though maybe easier for those of us familiar with *nix type boxen. The interface was clean and only as much information as necessary was given except the story parts (which were nice touches :)
Overall I'd love to play more of this so we'll see how it goes :) - thank you for your time and work and the tab completion fix! ;)
Leaving you to the vaguaries of the RNG rather than putting some sensible limits in just doesn't work... cf one run through to 25% through having only one garage but at least ten impenetrible blocked roads with buildings either side (and once you start to pingpong from hits to one then you're really up shit creek)
What with the keyboard jamming and impossible barracades at the wrong momnet and a very hit and miss attitude to hit boxes this got tedious before I got far enough along to get enough stuff to make it through the normal story... apparently th military try to bomb you? been nice if I lasted long enough to discover but then maybe I just don't understand the mechanics of the perks well enough - though if the English was grammatical that might help. Nice try but far too much a case of grinding and twitch to work for me (oh and shotgun to the face not working really not helpful - they are easier to kill with the pistol when not near the car than when they are hanging on with a shotgun at zero range... yeah that makes sense...)
A beautifully illustrated adventure that is both intriguing and tense. The music and interface are spot on, the crystal making it eaier to find thing that might elude you by marking everything you can interact with. The inventory works well and the only stumbling block I had was the poem (which the punctuation finally fxed for me :)
A beutiful game that I hope to conitnue playing when the next chapter comes out, I love the characterisation and the plot is certainly very tempting... if nothing else I want to meet the priestess again :) Well done and keep up the good work :)
This is a nice little concept for a game and works well, much like repton for those with long memories however the game itself is only reasonably implemented. The Music is passable though very samey - as itself and many other games - the SFX and GFX okay but nothing special and the UI usable but click and drag heavy - hard on the hand. The puzzles themselves are okay though the difficulty jumps about a lot and new tricks are introduced and discarded with abandon with some vicious ones later that have no leadup... and then are, again, never used again - what gives? Overall a passable game that can get extremely frustrating - best just go away and come back again when you minf and wrist have recovered a bit...
So a nice little game with an amusing story (though the characters are a bit 2-dimensional) . Good music, interface and GFX - SFX a little more ropey but passable and with some original twists and the partly randomly generated dungeons ithis game is well worth a play through - though it gets a little dull clearing every dungeon out all the way to the bottom - I ended up skipping through the last five or so (and the last couple of side quest ones). Overall a nice game that could simpler do with a more experienced author for the characterisation - and now more experience has been had - looking forward to playing the second game :)
So the intro music is quite good but it stops so there's that, the sfx are kinda of annoying though the interface and general gameplay are very good. The GFX are nice and there's just a lot of good puzzles with fairly good progression though level sixteen was a bit early, as was level 27. Overall a nice goame but bettered by its sequel - keep up the improvements :)
A nice game with good music, interface - both keyboard and mouse, good SFX and GFX with challenging but doable puzzles and a nice progrssion for the most part. The biggest problem was the half-hearted psedo-reality story which was frankly dire... skipped through it after bothering to read the first one - they were taking longer to read than the puzzles were to solve... Overall and excellent game but loose the trippy writing!
A nice little game with excellent gameplay mechanics, a good interface and not too repetitive music. The SFX and GFX are good (and rather nicely cartoon like) and though the story is spare it is at least coherent. Overall a nice little game that was maybe a touch too easy and a touch too short for my liking, but I'll not hold those against it as I read talk of a sequel :)
A passable image hunt puzzle with, mostly, obvious logic puzzles - the pixel hunting was the main problem but at least things were relatively logically placed and the animations and red-herrings were a nice touch. The interface worked fine I guess but the music and art were not so great. Overall a nice little game but more practice would improve the parts that didn't work so well - although once a year might make it take a very long while!
A very nice little game as long as you like 5 minute retro games... though, having said that, this is going to be the game that gets you into retro games if any ever will. It has an intuitive interface and everything is clearly laid out, so much so that you don't even need an instructions, it's all pretty obvious if you are willing to read the tooltips. After that it is just a case of trying to find a good path through the obsticles to level up and do your best to become strong enough to beat the Dungeon God and get out with you life and your loot! :) Overall, excellent game - keep up the good work :)
For now I have to say that this game has a nice concept but an utterly flawed implementation... I get lag in the main game... suffice it to say there appears to be a bug - aside from this there are a number of nice ideas that are botched in implementation... the comments here give a long and detailed list. This is a perfect example of why a good idea does not necessarily transfer into good game design and if that doesn't happen then implementation is stuffed. It also shows that although Kongregate achievements can draw the punters it is a double edged sword because it can't keep them and if you've still bugs or you need to do updates you will suffer because people will not likely ever be back... back to the drawing board I'm afraid guys... if you get it together I'll change my mind... if I have reason to bother coming back.
