mind numbingly repetitive music, stolen sound effects, and the mismatched graphics suggest a good potion of it wasn't made by the user.. AND it's in the wrong category. huzzah!
lol, suvius, though that would be an amazing and hilarious idea (making the song change depending on what is written), that's something a bit too prestigious for my little retarded valentine card and would probly take me quite a while to figure out how to do.. but now i cant get that idea out of my head..
i would like to second what cervello said. I myself have just started actionscript, and put an absurd amount of effort into my entry. Also please don't disrespect the 'Visuals' department. There are a lot of people who think of games as a wasteful detriment on society, and it's hard to argue against that without the possibility of considering games as a form of art.
but considering the way internet people generally are, how many people are going to check the same entry twice? and once again the most important factor being "things that would generally change a person's opinion of a game"
i just wanted to make sure people noticed. I sure wish the previous version would stop rising in score as well, but even if i win anything, it's not like my first entry will jeopardize anyone just below me. yeesh.

look, adjusting a few variables as per somebodies request is one thing. adding entire levels game mechanics and things that would generally change a person's opinion of a game is another. the only reason i uploaded it seperately was to make sure people noticed that the game was indeed improved beyond a few number fixes. if G-Virus had added a boss, another level, even a mute button, i would understand and there would be no complaints.
and king fisher drake, were you perhaps playing on EASY mode? and that was boss 2.a
now if you'll excuse me i have some number adjustments to do.
looking a little better, i read somewhere that excessive transparencies that arent 0 or 100 can create lag. also try making the health fish move to the left after they appear onstage, it would make the gameplay infinitely better.
