Kudos to the BMW "Dream it Build it Drive it" Commercial. It gained my interest without sucking away my time. They have grasped the potential of the internet without making forcing me to watch something I don't want to in order to get to a game. More of this sort of commercial please!!!
There must be a Stencyl prefab for this game or something. 2 in one week. Still, this is a very good version so I am going to give it an unprecedentedly high score. (Not an actual high score, but a high score for the thousandth identical copy of this genre. See the other balance game this week for something thats not a carbon copy (game play wise) of the balancing bike/truck/moonbuggy genre.)
Do these people seriously think they are going to get the kind of money it takes to do well in this game? It's one thing to pay the occasional dollar or two for a powerup... but they have essential items that cost $20-$30 worth of Kreds... EACH. What are these yahoos thinking?!?!?!?!?
Really good shooter. (Note this is not a "Top down" shooter. But that is beside the point.) Sadly, it is being held back by its glitchy control scheme. The "Follow the dot" mechanic sounds good on paper. It doesn't work well in practice however. It is sluggish and inaccurate. A very difficult issue on later levels with lots of bullets to dodge. Still, overall, I like this one. Certainly one of the best efforts this week.
Runs into the "You have to know what the author was thinking" problem on a few levels. Too many places the chameleon CAN fit but only one where he is SUPPOSED to fit.
Sorry, this is not good at all. Besides the obvious problems with reading the stats and overall poor graphics quality, all you go is stick a bunch of guys in the board, doesn't much matter where, then hit a button when the enemy shows up. Everything is deleted between levels so theres no build up or economy. What is the point here? It's not that it is or is not a good idea. The core concept needs some rewrite before this will work as a game.
This could have been really good. Too bad it wasn't. Too many arbitrary limitations on what you cash do. You need a coupon for this a point for that as rose for this other thing and Kreds for another. I think they are just trying to confuse people into spending realm money accidently... Whatever. I'm out of here.
