Needs a hotkey THAT YOU HOLD DOWN to toggle between blue and black.
Did you even playtest it with a single hotkey to toggle? It's terrible for really obvious reasons. I'm not going to spell it out.

And when it wanted me to watch a video to earn a reward the video was just black. So I thought maybe adblocker was to blame. So I disabled it but... the opportunity to watch the video was gone. The icon doesn't stay in the upper left.

What are you talking about? Now and before, your researchable and max upgraded items are scattered throughout the research list requiring lots of scrolling.

I do not understand what happens when you return to earth. the cinematic makes absolutely no sense. We hit eject.. we toss our engines... we find an "earthlike" planet. That makes no sense and makes me think you got some cinematics crossed or something.
And only one mortar produced and can't buy more even though it just shows a cost of 580.

Would like the pencil/eraser hotkey to be a hold-down. Not a toggle.
Much more logical that way. Less chance of forgetting to toggle back when you click for the opposite thing.
I promise you this is a common issue with players of this game.
Why is no one talking about how the game is completely broken because it never gives you yellow gems. whenever you buy them or are awarded them it gives blues instead.
How come when I bought the 300 yellow gems it gave me 300 blue gems?
And I bought the slot 2 * 5 thing.. but I can't click anything on slot 2
