At a 6.3x multiplier, I got 10 mil in about a 12 hour period. I don't know why people complain about the multipliers not helping with cost. Granted, the 6.3 is from my second hit on the reset and focusing my efforts on different girls (first was 4.1x), but a little planning ahead makes all the difference. I will say that with both the hobbies and cash requirements, it becomes a choke point, but if it didn't, there would be no point to the diamonds or multiplier bonuses. Heck, you even get a chat/flirt speed bonus when you reset.
The one thing I will point out is that with the way money works now, you still don't purchase gifts unless they are required, and are therefore forced to click repeatedly to gain the required affection level. That may be the main nuisance, as every girl has favorite gifts, but you are very reluctant to buy them.
Hey thanks for defending the multiplier. It might be hard for people who haven't prestiged before, plus you gotta work on achievements to make it worth it. Thanks for giving us your feedback!
Pretty solid game, though there were a few times where the other color blobs would trap a small fragment of the color I just changed and make the level impossible to complete from there. Despite that, I do wish that there were more levels to it.
This game is also apparently slated for badges, as that's what brought me here. Recently Badged Games: Coloruid: 0 Badges.
As soon as I saw sweepstakes, I was expecting to see an energy or pay to win game. I really liked being wrong. It's a solid game, and one I came back for even after finishing the sweepstakes, which is something I rarely ever do, even with most badged games. The game even allows you the opportunity to get a seven day card hunter club membership if you keep the pizza you were given for a figure change. Wasn't a hard choice for me, I liked my figures.
I don't know why so many people had problems with the minigames. I had that badge long before I even had the Halfway House badge done. The final boss took a little more time, as I more or less ignored anything but melee until I hit survival. If you want to level quick, do what I did. Throw it on critical training with turbo on when you have other stuff to do. By the time you get back, you're many levels above where you were before you started, and have at least 10 lucky clovers.
"stefiew", hit a or d on your keyboard and your hero will come out of the castle. This allows you to run after the priest and murder him, as the priest will still see you as a killable objective and will actually run towards you if you're the only one out there. You can't carry the flag as the hero, unfortunately.
Overall, I liked it. Sliding puzzles, however...I've hated them forever, and you know it's not a good thing when the walkthrough guy looks confused trying to solve it.
Killed the final boss a split second before a projectile killed me...and it counted. Nothing like dying after the text finishes and collecting none of the gold, but still feeling satisfied because I got the badge.
greg, the easy badge seems to be reporting beaten fields, not achievements gained. The reporting issue may be related to an issue with recognition after a completed battle.
It would be great if my middle wheel would stop repositioning itself above my engine on random landings. Nothing more irritating than landing ten feet away from the end of a level and having to attempt it with a broken vehicle.
Okay, when I can play it in chrome and still lag, the game is just too screwed up. Seriously dude, figure out what the problem is with your games and fix it. The only reason anyone plays them is because of the badges. Fortunately I'm level capped, so I can ignore it for awhile.
Laggy, unresponsive controls, even on low quality. Seriously, I've upgraded my computer since I played this last and it still sucks...and it only gets worse the longer you play in one sitting. To anyone about to start playing, I suggest trying it with Google Chrome before getting too far into it. That's the only fix I've found for games like these.
Took me breaking five doors and pretty much running blind on enemies in the last two areas to get the 50K points. 36 multiplier, hit every scroll I could (went out of my way for the flame and lightning scrolls) and went nuts. As long as you avoid the things that will grant an instant death later on, the points will stack up on their own.
Also, that first moment when you grab a lightning scroll and see a berserker, completely unaware if it'll work or not but crazy enough to try...totally awesome in the end.
Gotta love the people saying this game is upgrade focused over skill focused. I beat the first three temples without a single upgrade, getting my extra medals for the third temple from the first (five hard, one insane) and it comes out to 54491 without having the eight medals for the final temple. The game doesn't require upgrades as much as you'd think...it's more a matter of figuring out how the enemies will move and making sure you won't be in a bad spot when they come through. As for a boss spawning on you...I've noticed it, but honestly if you get used to moving in the earlier levels you'll be out of his way when he starts to spawn on the second temple. He only does damage to you if he's fully spawned from his smoke cloud. Until then, you can get out of the way without taking a hit.
Race 18 is a beating to get thanks to one of the drivers using the legendary car, but not impossible. If that car crashes and you don't, all you have to do is get enough turbo to actually make use of his loss. Speaking of, @bradmax, that's the reason you'll sometimes have the exact same outcome regardless of a crash. The other racers are far from perfect, and sometimes it comes down to luck. The legendary car, for instance, is so fast that it'll actually be a problem in some stages. Use it on race 10 and you'll hit the ceiling at least once on a jump where nobody else comes close to hitting it. Almost caused me to crash in that area because I was focusing on getting in flips for turbo. If my wheels hit it, I'd probably have thrown myself completely off-course.
exactly ;)
