One potential bug waiting to happen to people. When I logged in today it started at 1.4 trillion coins then with the first add dropped to the 99999999... My guess is that if I took a week off the game and came back that it would have some number in excess of the max on the initial calculation and overflow.
I think it still needs the option to have the miniboss give ooze instead of coin. I say this because every upgrade I can make right now is an ooze upgrade and the coins are mounting. I also hope I don't overflow the highest number on coins at some point.
Yep 91 91 90 80 80 80 95 80 and no ooze left. At the slow rate of ooze I am going to have trillions of coin at the end before I get enough to upgrade everything. We really do need to be able to fight the minibosses for ooze instead of coin, or have more ooze somewhere because it comes in VERY slowly.
91 81 81 71 71 71 91 10 across the board 5.3 million ooze left -- I can say that yes I will almost certainly run out of ooze before maxxing with coin. And ooze comes in SLOWLY. Really the vast majority came from defeating the bosses down the bottom. Maybe consider having the minibosses at the very end have an ooze reward for killing them.
My main worry now is ooze -- I will let you know if I run out, but if I do, and it is looking like I will -- potentially because I had higher costs earlier -- it may be impossible with the ooze rate to get enough to ever 100 everything even if the coin is there for it.
That's odd, after the logo fades away no orbs ever drop down? Could be an issue with your save file. PM me if you'd like to start a dialog so we can find out the problem.
As for the "too weak," since they typically are at x2 even when idle, maybe there should be say three classes, "too weak" if x3 isn't good enough to deal any damage, "weak" if x2 isn't good enough to deal damage, and say a "strong" category if your creature can deal damage at x1.
Currently up against 80 some armor in the first guy after you have all 8 skills and my skill numbers are 61s and 51s pretty much. The ONLY thing that has let me keep up with that is the rewards from beating the bosses, and as I watch the numbers, I figure that after this last boss, I will quickly run out of goo and end up with all critter figures ending in 0 as opposed to 1. We'll see though.
One other thing. I went over to the premium thing and saw 3 for droid etc and 10 for pc. I could see spending 30 kreds on more of this, but I really could NOT see spending 100 kreds for 20 floors.
By the way, I did finish under the current build so -- people having trouble would be worse than I am. Still it is nice to have difficulty correcting games so as you try it gets easier but if you succeed really fast then it gets harder. This game does that pretty well. I did run out of things to spend on by the end though. It was the lightning pengu change that actually made a difference for me.
Maybe reconsider allowing people to bring spells to over level 10 before defeating the main boss. I know I did a ton of grinding to get my skills up to move along and while I am not at all the best at these games, I am very close to running out of things to upgrade yet the game gets harder.
What I am suggesting is for people who do not have "the game" to beat the final boss with everything upgraded, allow people to go beyond level 10 in spells *IF* they have already bought every other upgrade. This way the restriction would drop only if you bashed your head against the game for a LONG time -- far longer than most would have already defeated the main boss.
I'll have to see the current build perform first to consider it. If you have tons of money before the final boss, you should definitely buy the pots. But then, yeah those are limited too on the initial run. I'll see what I can do. Thanks for the feedback!
