When enemy compression is enabled, resource drops are greatly reduced. For example, when not enabled blueprints increase every 1 or 2 waves, compared to compressed waves which drop a blueprint approximately every 8 waves. Is this the way it is intended to work?
I really like there there is a lot of variety in the game. However, the pace is quite slow, there are a few bug and unless I missed something, only weapons can be upgraded. Paladin class seems pretty weak. Despite those things, it has a lot of potential.
It would be helpful if there were gear buyers in more areas than just the beginning. Player should not need to repeat the intro guide when playing after having already won the game. The only time I came across green equipment was as the equipment shop - it would be better if bosses dropped it. If you don't plan to add more equipment buyers then it would be nice if we got a bit of coin when discarding items. Maybe its just my bad luck, but even after winning the game, I still couldn't get credit for the quest nor find any other purple gear.
Enjoyed the game. It's solid as is but if you make a sequel please add: stationary enemy bases (too many ships converging makes the game lag). Also add option to melt all pickups. 5/5
I really wanted to give the game a 5/5. The fishing part is fun. Money is too easy to get. Some of the quests take ages to complete (example level 5-catch all monster fish in the river and lake). And not being able to progress if you can't complete a quest zaps the fun factor.
Screen remains black. I can see the daggers shooting and get an occasional flicker of the game screen, but I can't see what the objective is. I guess the character is moving around, based on how daggers fly, but it doesn't seem to be playable.
Good start. Please add the ability to either select bots with a number key or somehow be able to string them together. It isn't much fun having to have to keep bots all on one screen while trying to herd them all to the next location where one of their talents will be of use.
Great game but money is a bit too scarce. My driver seems to think so too! He has resorted to stealing purses and scrounging coins his "fans" throw at his wreck.
I put the merchants only in the first level because you can return to them when you want with the town portal button.
