I remember when Qbert came out, 30+ years ago. 25 cents a game at the 7-11. People would come by and say, 'Oh, another jumping game. It's just a rip-off of Donkey Kong.' :P This game reminds me of Qbert, only without Qbert's cute yet incomprehensible 'conversation.' :)
It's weird reading these comments about lag on FP World 3. I've had no problems at all on this game, but FP 1 is completely unplayable on my Chrome high-end gaming computer. Huuuuuuge lag there.... none here. Go figure.
Cleared cache, did soft reset. No fix. Cleared cache (including cookies) and did a hard reset. No fix. Wiped hard drive, shot monitor, no fix. (JK! Don't own a gun. :D)
This is kind of reminiscent of the video arcade classic, 'Lunar Lander'. As I recall, that was a pretty difficult game too... but not quite as difficult as this, I think. *Hard Dock* would benefit from a little more balancing. All in all though, it's a pretty good game. :) 4/5
I really like the concept, but game is a bit buggy still. In particular, right mouse button does not select full screen; ESC does not go back to window; must click on sulphur to sell phosphorous; evidently no sulphur in the system (or are there hidden planets/moons?)
AdCap does funny things to one's perspective... :)
