A simple, little suggestion from me. After quick selling all the fish with SPACE, could we also close the shop overlay with space (provided there was no fish in the inventory any longer)? Would make all the sudden mouse-grabbing less distracting. ;)
As earlier pointed out by others (and then downvoted), environment should affect robots and other enemies. The way it is now I just die a few times finding the way and rush through. No need to spare with bullets either, you have infinite lives and you can't lure enemies into their own deaths either. This separates the game from being really enjoyable.
I sometimes got stuck. Once I fell off screen and the camera kept advancing as if the bike was going on. Ihad to manually reset. A few other bugs and unnatural physical stunts apart it was a fun game. :)
The normal mode was a bit on the easy side. :) After the one eyed picklemonster I am ready for tier 2 encounters! I shall shoot out all the eyes of the Kong Ant! Degraft all the Forge Ent branches and shoot the Frift... err...
I can't say I like it this time. :( The pewpew part is ok but enemies swarm you way too quickly, I found that a moment of raising shield energy will fill the screen with bullets too fast. Getting from top to bottom of the screen is too slow to effectively let you sweep. Some enemies (falling missile) can't be hit if you aren1t in a lucky position but is bound to damage you if you have shields. So you find yourself blazing away and hope to dodge. So far I made a few unlocks but they didn't really impact the gameplay at all. They either make no real difference or too little too rarely. Collectibles disappear on death. I quickly started feeling a drag. I initially made 2,5-3K points on the first try, and am still doing the very same with different components. Still a solid 4/5 for me.
HUGE bug: After saving and reloading your pirate boss cleaning progress is reset and you have to travel back and restart from sector 1. All previously killed pirates will respawn and pirate bosses will appear only in sector 1 again. Crippling bug.
Newest updates seems to have broken the pirate officers. They stopped appearing. As sson as I clean my current sector, simply more pirates stream in without an officer. I traveled back a few systems and all previously cleaned sectors are bustling with pirate activity. Did you reset the pirates and do I have to start all over from sector one? I was in sector 21. :s
