What the crap? When I got to level 37, it took me back to the "build tower" screen while the enemies were still attacking! Every time I hit "begin wave" it took me to the next level, until I got to the "you win" screen, all of the enemies fell through the floor, and the screen keeps flashing blue and reloading...
Hmm... This music sounds a lot like... Well, I forget the guy's name, but he was the composer for game's like Final Fantasy Tactics and Odin Sphere. Did you make this music yourself, or take one of his? The resemblence is uncanny.
Okay, I got up to chapter 13, and... It says I can't use orcs because they're "Kongregate only". Clicking it takes me to the Kongregate page for this game... That is, this one, which I'm already on.
Whatever you do, DON'T upgrade initial mana. It increases the requirement to upgrade max and speed without increasing speed. If you use just speed upgrades, you'll be able to upgrade your max very quickly and get more mana per second.
The hand thing is a glitch. What the tutorial refers to is the fact that it causes damage to you if you make contact with it as it comes out of the ground. There are quite a few collision issues, understandably, and it's easy to glitch yourself through a floor with or without the hand if you know how.
Wow... Is that supposed to be a happy ending? It seems like he just completely lost touch with reality and got trapped in his own imagination, probably going comatose back in the real world. Creepy.
What exactly all the words to the song? All I can make out is, apparently, "Call me, by any other name I dare you, bluhbluhbluhbluhbluhbluh, bluhbluh you, I'm never gonna let you go, back home, again."
Okay, I know the odds aren't any different, but there's no excuse for the computer getting three 1500 point free rolls in a row followed by an additional 650 for a 5150 point total turn.
Excellent game. I haven't even finished it yet (although I'm FAIRLY sure I'm in the final dungeon of the chapter), but I've played more than enough to know that this is of the kind of quality you just don't see anymore. Sure, the plot can be a bit generic at times, but it's been so long since anyone's done things the old-fashioned way that it feels brand new. Keep up the great work, and I'm looking forward to Chapter 3.
Also, I feel it's worth mentioning a certain bug I've been having. Sometimes, when casting a spell from the menu, the spell is labelled as "undefined" as I'm choosing the target, and it cycles through the elemental symbols. I've seen other comments along the lines of "how i cast spell frum menyoo", so I may not be the only one with this bug. Unfortunately, I don't know the conditions that cause this, as it usually works just fine. Just something to look into before releasing Chapter 3.
