The challenge is the SPECIAL MISSION. New registrations have immediate access. Players registered before the challenge started must complete a mission even if all missions were previously completed.
1. Use a slow computer. Level 19 is (almost?) impossible on a fast computer.
2. Perfect and Fast indicators appear in the bottom left after a level is completed once. They disappear when lost.
3. Use the winch to push buttons in Level 19. The lower button can be switched while returning from the upper button.
Kong is fixed. 10 points for finding the special/secret mission and the ticket just arrived. Check your Rewards/My Score page. Or refresh this page to see the checks. (If you do not have them, just wait. Mine took over an hour.)
Finding the number of Impossible badges requires looking at either the description of every badge on your Badges page, or (slightly better) looking for score 60 badges on every page of your Rewards/My Points page. (Kong does not use consistent names anywhere. Are they "Badges" or "Achievements"?) Kong really needs to hire a usability-aware application designer.
Refreshed and played again to end with all 4 Spartans having green health bars. Challenge still does not show complete. Wait until tomorrow. The Secret Mission button survives refreshing the page, and the level is easy and short enough to do again.
I hate repeated posts, and copying the Achievement text into the comments, but would anybody achieving the Impossible badge please start a list. And others repost it every 3-4 pages (not 4 times each page.)
@Noum: No. Two awards are "Killing any legion w/o losing a life" and "Killing an Insane Legion". Kong wants an Insane Legion killed w/o taking any damage. And you are damaged by killing a creep near you!

@throwme2: Selling is strategic. Some symptoms increase visibility (bad). The "money" is Evolution Points so any change requires them. Vomiting is great for spreading infection, but the combined cost of buying (to spread) and selling (to slow infection) is too great to use other than Madagascar (where infecting quickly is more important than saving EPs.)
@tlwolf: You need Drug4 to avoid the "Half-Life Effect" - only half the people die each day. Very frustrating when the last 10K just won't die. A game that can be won in under a month with Drug4 can take 4 months with Drug3.
