I started replaying to see if it is possible to win w/o deaths. I am sure it is now but really boring, just kill the easiest two monsters types at first, no repeats for 10x each. After you level up you can kill endless rats with no damage to yourself, would take a very long time and very boring though. I'm going to skip the good ending.
I beat the game, most difficult parts were the crate puzzles on lv.21 ish until I found out that where you could push the crates was related to the tiles on the floor.
Trick, for lv.21 there is tiles that can be pushed on, and ones that can't. The tiles they can be pushed onto are very slightly brighter, would have save med at least 10 minutes if I would have know that.
I'm having a lot of trouble with the crate puzzles, some you can only press once, others none at all, and finally some multiples times this is counter intuitive. I don't know how to get the skull on lv.24.
On hard it is pretty easy to see what 100 threat does, it summons the ancient evil early, not only that but if you win the ancient evil resurrects with even more difficulty. We are talking 3 tentacles doing on average 7 damage an attack by the third encounter.
I enjoyed the game for a about 10 minutes, fun concept then my computer froze. Now this could be a coincidence, but I doubt it. I run xUbuntu. 2/5 stars. Even the best game needs to run without the player having to hard power down the computer.
Naud1234: I had a lot of trouble with the safe code. I immediately recognized the numbers in the mirror on the same screen, but I couldn't decipher the numbers without a walk-through.
Oh wow, you are correct about the colors being related to their shorts. I thought it was the colors they were in the photo, I am like then the colors are all purple. Then, I thought it was their eye color which is all shades of yellow. Finally, I thought I got the wrong tint of purple or yellow. I didn't even recognize the engineers on lava beach until I read the comments, thanks.
I liked the music, but the game seemed a little overly difficult. I couldn't figure out how anyone got the colors for the monitor correct other than brute force guessing. I had to look up a walk through.
