WTH?!? I was level 40 something now I'm level 30... all my skills have been reset and I lost all the hit points I had from leveling up... I had 0 skill points in hps but had way more than f-cking a 100...
I don't think the hero's stats effect the units, so attack and defense is pretty worthless unless you are attacking with your hero and if you are doing that then you haven't played any of the Epic War games...
THE most lame and dumbest thing about this game is that it takes stamina to rez your units in the ward... if it takes stamina then it shouldn't cost any gold to rez them. Such a cheap tactic to make us buy more time...
Be wary of buying hats for your guys... I bought a viking helm for one of my guys and on the climbing training where you have to "duck" into caves to avoid the avalanches my guy would be in the cave but the hat would get hit by the avalanche...
Why have an elf wizard when all he ever does is melee and heal? I could of played a dwarf cleric and it would have been the same but better... I mean my wizard has a ton of spells and plenty of mana but instead he uses ice arrow then just melees until he needs to heal... I even have poison 6 why not use that after ice arrow?
DO NOT ascend if you have a high level wizard... You lose all your spells and there are no classes that get as many spells/skills as the wizard... Had to start over and now I have a lame ass wizard that just melees instead of casting spells... DON'T ASCEND!!
I gave this game another chance and being super careful and armed with fireball and shadowstep, I got pretty far, and finally died to an ice elemental who just appeared on top of me and said something like "keep exploring!!" as he flung a one shot kill spell at me. So yeah this game needs a save mode...
Really fun game until the 4th level where spells are flying at you from other sides of walls and kill you before you can do anything or even see what's casting those spells. Also the spells like everyone has been saying are messed up, it happened to me when I destroyed a sleep spell and after that when I went to cast my magic armor spell it asked to pick a target for my sleep spell.
