For everyone wondering about the music: The song is a nameless piece by the band "youmaybe". You can find a link to their MySpace page at the top of the main menu in the game. youmaybe also has a YouTube account with a video of the piano player playing a different song from an earlier Waterfalls game. She left a comment there saying the song for this game was nameless, but it sounds like she's also willing to give people the Waterfalls 3 song if you contact her, as she did for another random person.
Why is Stu sleepy? Because he's making chocolate pudding. But it's 4 o'clock in the morning, why on earth is he making chocolate pudding? The answer: Because he lost control of his life.
