Since the update to 0.25 looks like element and enemy class are somehow broken. Instead of displaying BOSS (Fire) it shows ENEMY (Element) Would be awesome if this is fixed soon. :/
A bit more feedback... It would be nice if "Hide Maxed Upgrades" would hide maxed research as well. I keep clicking that arrow to the next page on the research to find that I already have those done. Grr at my annoying tendancy to check and double check everything lol.
I'll rework the ingame UI in a future update so that all researches are on a single tab (like in the laboratory). I hope that this will solve your issue. :)
Just thought up a potential way to speed up repeat plays in the same tier... Maybe add a way to skip X waves via special blueprints? (Only works if you have already cleared that number of waves, I think increments in 100s and 1,000s would work well) Hope that helps!
I am currently working on a similiar system which allows you to spawn compressed waves (for example the next 100 waves a single one which is stronger). I think that's very close to your suggestion. :)
Anyone know what the max level for a painting is? Closing in on level 100 for first painting lol. (not sure why I'm so fixated on increasing the worst source of income, but it's easy to drop in once a day and buy some upgrades for my apprentice then wait another day to do it again)
An A for effort, but needs more features and polish. More upgrades, more maps, and as LucasGod said - the Heavy Tower is quite a bit louder than the rest of the towers. I think my only actual complaint is that the end game button is so close to the upgrades (while tower is selected) and a single misclick cost me 43 waves of effort lol. Ah well, good effort, for sure.
More feedback - it would be nice to see previous best for current/all difficulties in the statistics screen. For when you are testing theories and builds. Keep up the great work!
gessie I have to disagree with you on that one. Lower graphics means faster and more responsive gameplay for all players, even those with slower computers. I think features need to come before graphics, and this game is already amazing. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Words to live by. xD
Hmm. Might be a nice addition to include a small tooltip to tell players exactly how much of a start bonus they are getting from each difficulty (and similar tooltips for other start bonus sources, if possible) That way we would know if it's worth it to play on Easy more than once between Tier Ups. Also, one of the requirements for increasing tier is having a blueprint with n points invested. Would it be possible to have that change the display to scientific when you are using scientific for everything else? Not a huge deal, but it would be a nice plus, in my opinion.
A little feedback regarding the "Hide Max Upgrades" - It would be nice if that arrow for the next page dissapeared when you no longer had a second page of upgrades to access.
Found an odd bug - With "Hide Maxed Upgrades" active Electricity Aura was not locked out (but I still coulnd't click it) even though I have yet to complete Electricity III Research. Just figured I'd throw that out there.
And can someone tell me why Kong's comment widget sucks so much? Can't use the tilde or grave, and no line break, and to make matters even worse - there's a 1,000 character limit. And yet they expect us to give proper feedback on games? Just a short rant to vent my frustrations. Sorry to everyone who made the mistake of reading this comment, believe me it's not personal and has nothing to do with this game.
(Continued) The only other complaints I have are the background making text a bit difficult to read (I now have a headache from having to get so close to the monitor to read it, but it is what it is. Wanted to give some feedback so I made sure to get all upgrades and 10 of each thing before giving feedback, except for the Animated God, still working on buying the first of those) and the balance issues. I typically use an auto-clicker for games like this, but I didn't even need to boot it up for this one. This game is far too easy and you should consider expanding the prices another figure or two between each (and adjusting the price of upgrades to match) and the clicking power is far too high, even without auto clicking I was able to increase my earnings exponentially. All in all, a very nice start, as compared to other IGM titles. I'm eager to see what you can create here! Please change that background, though. :(
Okay, this was actually my first IGM game, I didn't know how to polish it yet and I don't believe I work much on it yet, however I will try to, and while so, you can try my newer games, like Cursor Warrior and Clicker Collection. Thanks for your feedback, all you said was added to the to-do-list.
Nice effort so far, looks pretty good for an IGM game. (I'm not so naïve as to call this a 'clone' of anything, since I know of the engine, and have tried to make my own idler with it.) A few issues to note: The upgrades auto-hiding is super annoying. The tooltips for a couple of upgrades and nearly every achievement (on main screen, not in Achievements menu, though it has similar issues) clip off screen and it makes it impossible to read them. Not sure if IGM will allow you to somehow force placement of tooltips, but it'd be a very nice update. Others have mentioned the uselessness of Belief and I can't seem to find a purpose for Nanogenes either. I realize the game is still in beta, which is why I rated the game 3 stars instead of less or more. Favorited the game so I can check back after you get an update or two in. Needs a tutorial of some kind. Beyond that, not too bad of a game. Definitely needs a bit of work, and thank you for adding an option to mute that music... If there hadn't been a mute, would have been 2 stars, period. Instead you get a third, because nice effort. Looking forward to future updates and seeing what changes come about in the coming months.
