For some reason I'm not getting my badges, even though I'm destroying absolutely everything and should have fulfilled some of the requirements already.
At first I thought Nitrome had run out of ideas and made a simple mirror world game. Then I saw the game expand on that concept - making vertical mirrors, and allowing the mirror bar to exist in the level rather than on the screen. Heck, sometimes the game removes the reflection bars entirely and makes the level based entirely on a new game mechanic or the player's skill. Plus, there's great atmosphere in the game, like Ratsock said in his comment.
Great game! The only problem though is that I don't like how you unlock 2 things in a row that decrease your health, I only found the game harder when using them.
@hyperjag: you get it by hitting the fishing rod AFTER destroying the igloo, then hopping on the bird that appears. @jrstephen: ride the animal on to the wood plate with the rope attached. I don't know which one you're trying to find, so maybe you're missing the one in the tent (break the twigs in front)
There's a weird glitch where if you change the quality on the main menu it might make the gfx really big and make the game unplayable. That's about it though.
yeah, if you could prevent the negative side effects of certain equipment then it would be overpowered. I still use the curse equips anyway since they're so powerful, and defense buffs quickly negate the curse for quite a while. And like Tarrock mentioned, over 100% to poison or burn will heal you instead, which can effectively be used as free regen.
@epicfail1994: sneak attacks are where you hit an enemy when he hasn't noticed you. You can tell this if the enemy in particular has a '...' sign above his head, and does not pursue or attack you directly. Your stealth stat decreases the chance that enemies will notice you when moving within their vision range, and attacking or getting in the way of an enemy's movement will alert said enemy of your presence.
