I call it overly-easy.
To beat the Baron, re-spec if necessary and get as many focus-attacking moves as possible. use those on the Baron to almost total exclusion of other attacks and he will cast de-buffs on himself that give him back focus but do multiple thousand damage every turn.
So glad this game is finally on Kongregate I've already beaten it on ArmorGames. Not only do I want badges, I demand them. Also for the dude who said he was having trouble with the Baron, re-spec if you have to and put as much as you can into attacks that either drain focus or do nothing but damage focus. He'll more or less kill himself.

I'll admit, at first I thought the game was a bit boring and way too difficult, but I started playing again and for some reason my opinion has totally changed. This game roxxors my boxxors.
I'd like to point out that unlike the description of the game says, there seem to me to be far more than 6.3 billion people (I'm pretty sure Madagascar has more than that.)
Well I gave it a fair trial and I must say: This isn't fun. Flat out. It would be if it only used citites that people who didn't live there had a chance of knowing, but they don't.
@Istentelen: Dude first off the heat plants do NOT make the most energy, the coal plants do. Secondly, if you were willing to accept zombies appearing seemingly for no reason in a post-apocalyptic wasteland who magically speak English, are civilized and use radio waves as a form of telepathy why is it too much that a geothermal plant makes no smog? No duh in real life it makes some smog, but comparitively none when put against a coal plant. It would've been pretty hard to explain all that in-game to players without them saying who the hell cares?
Wow. Wow. This game is among the best I've played on Kong. Really. The ending is a bit sad, as is most of the plot, but its good. I only wish the characters were a little better looking. Other than that, freakin' awesome.
@Orochimaru: First off - Naruto sucks grow up and get a pair. That said, you can tell your soldiers where to shoot. Its called the Concentrate Fire button. Yes the fact that the soldier AI is a bit bad is very annoying, but get over it. Or better yet, make a good game with all those things available in it and more, then I'll listen to your arguments in seriousness.
