Yes, it's a re-upload. The first upload was a thief who thought registering an account under the name of the artist would make him seem legitimate.. which worked strangely well, until undefined was notified of it.
And? And? You don't see Nerdook making a new account for every game he makes. Or TurboNuke. Or undefined. The only people who /do/ see make a second account to upload the second game is a series are the ones who don't have access to the first account, and they don't have that access because they are game thieves.
What if I'm fond of not having stolen games on Kong, even by some lout who thinks putting a number after the real dev's name makes him a real stealthy thief?
It's quite simple, really... this is an idiot game thief who had no idea the game had any kind of protection on it. If you want to play it, try the version uploaded by the actual developer.

What, you didn't learn from the first time? You do /not/ upload games that aren't yours, no matter what justification you have-and 'I have the original developer's name just with a 3 at the end' is a really lame one.
He's 'being a hater' because the odds of the game's maker making a second account with no explanation are slim to none. This is plainly a game thief, trying to get ad revenue off somebody else's work.
Our intent was to create a PARODY of the Donkey Kong game, inspired FULLY on the Nintendo original, using our already extremely famous characters at vetealaversh.com
We have a fan base of more than 10,000,000 people. It is just matter of posting the link on our Facebook page in order to create great traffic, so you can expect to see A LOT of new users, gameplays, and overall activity. Does that make sense or is it too suspicious? | Here is a link to our Super Mario Bros. parody for you to enjoy: http://youtu.be/seP6AP-cxyc
(False) Spoiler Alert: the pony is working for the bad guys-it seeks out the best hero available and alerts the giant flying fleet, then refuses to leave this very small area.
It doesn't matter if it has a link for putting it on your own site, you still aren't allowed to upload it to a site like Kongregate. Submit your own work or don't submit at all.
Had you a brain in your head, you might have first checked to see if this game was already uploaded. It was, and by ttursas, the actual developer. As for you, you have no right to uploading anything you haven't made, no matter what site you found it on.
Call me suspicious, but I rather doubt somebody who just uploaded two games is uploading his own work. Particularly since HeroPunch over on Armor Games has a couple of ninja games listed in addition to this one, and you don't.
I don't know how you managed to make such a simplistic game lag so hard, but I'm definitely not trying to play something rating me on time spent when it took more than twenty seconds to let me click on the button after unzipping the stupid jacket.
You changed it to a game that's also on Kong, this one with a badge. www.kongregate.com/games/SugarFreeGames/caravaneer
Get a clue. It says to upload only your own work, not anything you can lay your grubby hands on.
its the second one
