The flamethrower needs a severe nerf. It has no real damage falloff if the afterburn can be afflicted even at the literal edge of effect, and basically ban you to have 2/3 of your health ate by it. The afterburn needs a huge nerf, and the alpha damage needs to be reduced a bit, or at least changed to per second, and not per tick.
I was experimenting with thermometres and lighters, and I found out an interesting thing - nonflammable objects still get heated, and if they're near a source of fire, they can be heated to LUDICROUS temperatures, exceeding temperatures of the source, for example, the lighter. I heated an apple to 100,000 celsius, but it didn't catch on fire nor spread the heat. Please, tweak that in the future.
The ''inmates'' AI needs some fixing. I don't think a transport cruiser should just randomly go mining...I mean...really? Or that there can be a Scouter...in the final star system...
Reduce the amount of blood that comes out when you disintegrate a bodypart. The current amount basically causes a lagsplosion, especially with psysics blood on.
Fix the bloody hexagon. It's a bit too...lenghty, it looks like a hexagon but come on. It's supposed to be all sides the same lenght, all corners the same value.
I know that's a small complaint, but the ''blood particles'' should be relased from bodyparts only after a certain amount of force was made on them. Right now as much as lightly touching a static square makes the ragdoll bleed.
You may not really like armor itself, but I have a compromise idea - make the doll's general HP value that will be divided by the amount of limbs the doll has - 12. So let me say I want each limb of my ragdoll to have 200 health. I'm going to input 2400 in the general health value, then. Also, you could make certain bodyparts have more/less health than other with a specialised tool, aswell. This both removes the need for armor, as the ragdoll will be more resistant in generall but STILL destructible, and every user will be able to adjust it easily to his own suit.
Okay, so I finally figured out the Gekku's ''secret''. You just have to use it durning the night - your character, in trade for a bit longer attack animation, will slash with a two-times larger Gekku than normally. This can be also further amplified by fully upgrading all skills in the soul slash category (which gives you an AoE explosion upon starting the charge to ward off any potential enemies who would want to stop your charge) and using the void aura that makes the Gekku slash 2x larger further, in the end making you relase a screen-height spanning enemy devourer.
The Soul Tempest's ''secret'' skill is not so secret, really. If you're in middle of a rather large fight, you can tell the secret skill is active that when you are charging up your Gekkou, you actually -deflect projectiles-. Upon relasing on full charge, you relase a gekkou two times larger than a normal one, basically decimating everything on one side of the screen. I don't know how to excatly trigger it, though.
It may be something more ''real'' to do or not, I think, and might be something small, but in my opinion, you should make the Aerosol can's spray actually do something. For example, lighting the can on fire would make it spray with fire, too. Or freezing it would make it spray with freeze. Really, apart from exploding in an absolutely harmless way upon as much as being stomped on, it's easily the most useless item in the entire game. (Apart from the stapler, but I guess it's decorative, and if you try really hard you can kill something with it, though.)
Most ''sharp'' weapons need a massive revamp/fix. Please make it so their cutting points aren't placed only, and ONLY, on their top. It makes cutting stuff very hard, and sometimes even obsolete, as with swords like the Buster you can just bash the poor chap to death. (and remove the Battle Axe's holding part sharp point. It's pretty awkward, to be fair.)
That moment when you kill a large enemy and it's looted ''superbubble'' for your ship to collect just flies off the bubble you're fighting in and is gone forever...
Hires make no sense. Not only the hire does NOT help at all, he also pretty much fails at his own job. Honestly, why not just HAND OVER the god darn order instead of telling it to get written over again?
Fixed.
