My team is currently level 40, and includes Tigertan, Tazorback, Foramere, Armordilla, and Sumole. Armordilla soaks up the damage, Foramere heals it, and Tigertan, Tazorback, and Sumole crush enemies with Destabilize, Inferno Strike, and Boulder Slam. Seems like a pretty good team.
I think you should revise Ari's graphics to make her face less boyish, because right now, she totally, totally looks like a boy with tits. Adjust the shape of her face and put some eyelashes on her or something.
When I use Rally, 10 villagers go to work. When I use it 4 times, it SHOULD send 40, but that's not what it does. Instead, each time I use it, it checks how many villagers I already have on their way, and sends just enough to bring that number up to 10. So if use Rally when I already have 10 villagers on the way, it does nothing.
This is not a real game, it is a waiting game. All you do is make a few multiple choice decisions and then wait for several minutes. It's like Watching Paint Dry, but with fancy graphics and music and the option to pay real money to reduce the wait time.
So, there's a level where I can only build wave towers, and I expected it to have only 10 waves of creeps, because during wave 9 I had crammed the field completely full of fully upgraded towers. But there were 15 waves. So that was 6 waves of sitting around doing absolutely nothing.
Mission 2 is unwinnable because no matter what I do, there's ALWAYS a glitch where all my colonists absolutely refuse to build anything (including pipes and wires).

The game really needs to pause while that guy is telling you stuff. One time I was reading everything he says carefully, and by the time I got to the end of it, 2 months had gone by and a colonist had gone insane, which is really bad when I have only 3 colonists. As it is, when I get done reading everything, I have to restart the mission and click "skip" the second time around.
Anyone who can't figure out a particular level should click the Walkthrough button, which is the button with a big white W. And if it's level 14, be prepared to kick yourself when you see how simple it is.
Junk Wars is very buggy. In the last few hours, I won 11 quick match battles with a strength of more than 300. But only 3 were counted, so I didn't get the achievement prize. ARGGH
What this game needs is not to have badges. What it needs is for the developer to finish the game and fix the bugs. But that's not going to happen. It's going to remain half finished forever.
The worst bug is the one where it fails to initialize, and incorrectly tells me that I have cookies disabled. I never have cookies disabled. And there are also frequent problems where the game freezes or disconnects from the server, making it necessary to reload, which usually leads to the cookies problem. Which usually keeps happening for a whole day.
Sometimes I have to click multiple times to make something happen. And sometimes it totally stops responding to input, so I can't do anything no matter how many times I try. I can't finish the tutorial duel because of this. 1 star.
