For the teachers, it says you are supposed to accept "some number of blue, then the same number of red". My machine rejected a blank robot, but this was counted as incorrect! Since when does nothing=something?
The Bori Fruit puzzle has 2 different arrangements for the last 4 squares, both of which completely fit the numbers. So does the Gryphon puzzle. Of course, you can tell which one is the right one because it just looks right, but still, a "paint by numbers" type of puzzle is really only supposed to have 1 solution that fits the numbers.
The 3 colours magic shop was so easy that I can't imagine how anybody could take 20 minutes. I took only 7 minutes. And I'm particularly awesome at this game either. I usually take much longer than the "average time".
HINT:
It's really easy to correctly position all 5 houses, 2 nationalities, 2 drinks, 1 cigar, and 1 pet.
Then, in the blank area, overlap things to show that they go in the same house, and have things just touching if they belong next to each other.
From there, you just have to pick a house and ask yourself "What things could go in this house?"
Asking "In which house could this thing go?" will get you nowhere.
I did level 14 wrong, leaving blue on the areas that should be green. That just barely passed. Of course, when that happens, I always go back and figure out how to do it right.
To make the alternator valve work, you must put a fuse valve on both outputs, not the input. And the pressure limit on the fuse valves must be at least as high as the limit on the valve.

I haven't beaten level 10 (Lunar Caustic) yet, but I know that:
1. You can turn lead into silver at any time, but it would be quite difficult once the molecule is fully assembled. It's probably best to do it before any assembly.
2. You can turn salt into fire and water at any time, but I think it might be easiest to wait until the molecule is fully assembled. If you wait until then, you can perform the transformation by spinning the baron wheel and your molecule in opposite directions.
3. It is simpler to use only the right side salt glyph for making mercury to transform metal, and use only the left side salt glyph for making salt, sulfur, fire, and water to build your molecule.
4. There are two obvious ways to construct the molecule:
A. Start by attaching 2 atoms to the metal atom, then attach the other 4.
B. Start by making 2 chains that are 3 atoms long, then attach them to the metal atom.
ClRuM, when you said "I have seen your Black Powder machine and raise it to TWO MACHINES AT ONCE!!!" you posted a design that has 126 symbols and takes 64 cycles to complete. Then I posted one that has 102 symbols and takes 57 cycles to complete. When exactly did you post a dual black powder machine that has 112 symbols and takes 56 turns to complete?
How do you like MY dual Black Powder machine? It's better than ClRuM's.
