How to make this game a 5/5 by Kong standards: Upgrade everything: be able to upgrade coins per enemy squished, upgrade rate of enemy appearance, etc. Also add the ability to go up higher in the sky hundreds of feet by bouncing serially from enemy to enemy. Right now it just feels like trying to use the perfect amount of rocket fuel to scrape by from bounce point to bounce point, without enough of that forward momentum without-a-care attitude of other launch games
Good take on distance/launch games, though I miss the initial inertia of the first launch flinging you at ghastly speeds, wish it was a cannon launch to start and then pogo from there
@shadowbot: The way I found it was to type in "Pingy" at the top search bar (available on every page of Kong, I believe) then hit "see more results in the drop down menu, it will be one of the first available links or if lazy use: www.kongregate.com/forums/3-general-gaming/topics/198620?page=6
The prizes for achievements are rather disproportionate. IF I get 100,000 in the bank my reward; $1000 and 1000exp. Not that I don't appreciate it, but I am making $2000 in interest at this point. I would adjust these rewards accordingly so that they make a little more impact.
In three days I will have been a member of Kong for 2 years (i know not that long, but still, not a brand new player) and this is only the 4th game I have favorited, and I am pretty sure that two of those other three were accidents, Great Job on an awesome game!
Real small request, I am lazy, hence I play idle games, can you put a "sell everything" button at the bottom of the market? Too many clicks for a sluggish guy like me.
Since this is an idle game, I tend to read all the comments, and I got to say I am really impressed, because it looks like saybox does too, I love it when devs on kong read the comments and make changes to what the players are asking for. Rock on
The bank timer should only reset as a percentage of the total added (if I have $100 in and I add $10 at the 4 minute mark it only reduces by 24 seconds) or some other formula that doesn't cause complete reset.
More upgrades! The best part of games like these is the ability to possibly upgrade every nuance, I appreciate the added upgrade to the market price reset. I would like to see even more stuff like this. It is what makes a good game great.
I would love to see the ability to upgrade the fishing rod (wooden, silver, gold, rainbow, whatever) with an increasing propensity to catch better fish with each.
I really enjoy the game but it is a little awkward blend of idle and anti-idle at this time. Yes, you level up idling, but it seems that money drives the game forward more than exp, fishing needs an idling mode, maybe where no whales are caught, and/or at a slower pace. Also the bank needs an auto "collect interest" at either a reduced rate or reduced amount. Otherwise it seems money is nearly impossible to generate.
So this is a really minor set of details, but in an idle-ish game you notice these things; the fishing rod needs to drop the line in the water, the whale needs to come up from the ice hole, instead of from in front of it. I know, it's minutia, but it irks just a little
Issue with bordering, as an example; Level 8, I am able to place towers along the top border though cannot see my hero's life bar as it is layered beneath the mana bar, made it difficult to keep the weak little druid alive because I had to guess on when to heal.
Thought I won the lottery, Learn to Fly 2 and Fly Hard 2 published within a week of each other....oh wait, fly hard 2 is a mediocre top down shooter...
So..all done excellent on every level, still need 39 more skill points, i.e. 13 more levels of increasingly boring grinding for the last achievement, not even remotely worth it, like others have said fix it please
^^ fixed
