Level 3 was a pain, I created 1 tower, then let the enemy come until I was down to 800 health on my base and the tower was near destruction, then launched the strongest attack I could.
The difficulty level on the last mission takes a sudden upturn. Earlier missions I could more or less build a sprawling network and add defenses on the fly, but I'm finding myself trying a more compact strategy, but still not beating it.
Needs more variety. Fish movement. Is there any technique to getting fish to bite? Or just random? Also small fish seem to be almost as heavy as large.
levels are buggy, and sometimes it's not clear why you failed the mission. The hunters mission is an example, how many are there? Seems like 3, because killing the 3rd fails the mission, but knocking out the 3rd doesn't work either. I had to kill an innocent to end one mission. Needs a restart.
Play balance could use some work, gets easy toward the middle/end. Especially once you have high grade starter gems and pure gem mastery available. Also, ignore the advice about creating smaller gems, you always want to buy the largest you can, more cost effective.
Starts off so easy, I was worried it was a waste of time, but by level 3, there start to be some really good puzzles. Not so sure about timed mode. 4/5
Played through as engineer. 5/5 Unique concept, interesting implementation of blinding/confusing etc. I agree it's easy to find spots that seemed too hard or two easy, but that's going to vary by person. I found the back story interesting for a flash game. Obvious a lot of time put into it.
