Forgot to mention: I've purchased your game in the App Store. It's not that I care to play it on my phone all that much; you've just put together such a fantastic 5/5-worthy piece of work that I supposed you were entitled to a few USD. You've found that great niche between simplicity and staying power that every flash game strives for, and you've done it with humour. Exceptional work, mates.
After reading through a wall of comments that say the same thing: "Your upgrades don't do what they say." Your reply has always been: "You're reading it wrong." Have you thought that maybe you need to change the terminology you use to be more clear? I'm sure that it's possible that about 100% of your players are retarded, but have you considered the issue may lie with how you've written the game? Were I you, I'd write something that explains how it works. Maybe a tutorial or a guide we could consult? Just a thought, mate.
We are just saying how it's working right now, we never said it will stay that way or that you guys are unable to understand it. Maybe you didn't notice we changed the tooltip for some researches to explain better what they are doing? Anyways, we are working on a lot of new things, we just have limited time. I'm sorry if someone felt offended, it was never our intention. We want to put everything as clear as we can.
Hippo, I'm not sure what you need to add, but you definitely need to add something. When this came out, it was the best idle game I've ever played, but it's now crossed into being tragically too idle, where I check about every two weeks to see that I still can't do anything. Once again, I'm having to quit, mate.
Base per click and increment per click. Good thing there's a helpful tool tip in-game to explain exactly what these are and the impact on your RPS that each will have. Just saying, mate, you can explain to me that everything was on purpose, but your entire fan base complaining about unclear buttons can't be wrong. :/
So, the descriptions on the upgrades either need to be rewritten, or the buttons should be re-coded. With the continents, it very clearly says "increases troop RPS by X%", but when you purchase it, you get no such percentage added. You should tell us EXACTLY what the upgrades are supposed to do instead of expecting people to mill about trying to pick up the pieces of your shite math. That's just bad game design. 2/5
Game feels very incomplete. Don't know what the upgrades actually do, you can only gain experience for upgrades from each level once, no way to redistribute upgrades (no reset button), and the Engrish is tough to read. Still, it's a good concept; just marred by poor polish. 3/5
It would be nice to know what buildings do before I buy them, what all these numbers been (#/min vs #/hr, etc.), what the buildings are when I'm walking around, and a flight function in "walk mode". Other than that, a fun little game with an interesting Minecraftian angle. 4/5
You guys would have to be morons to think the gold bonus needs to be removed. If you have 200+ hero souls, the gold bonus doesn't help much anyway, but this screws every single new player you have. This is what you call a "retarded idea", and I hope you smack whomever suggested hurting everyone who hasn't reached the end.
If this game had a cash/second feature for each business and an adjustment for late-game monetary gains (waiting for weeks for that 800-900 is a bit too idle), this game would be spot-on.
Updated to a 4/5, but I can't give you 5 because the game doesn't idle when it's closed. Server-side tracking or a complex cookie would fix that, though. Still, this is a really good game only slightly beaten by Idle Tree.
Kong, I'm disappointed in you. Perhaps you've grown so large that this is how you do business, by strong-arming us into purchasing through games that aren't actually even games. "Buy Kreds! Buy Kreds!".... Perhaps it's time your company does some shrinking and dying, at least until you win your souls back. I'm heading over to JiG. :/
This is the most perfect idle game I've played in my life.
Your money increases faster as you level, meaning you get to upgrade more and more, adding a frantic feel to the end game. It's pretty. The music is nostalgic. The references are funny.
The only bad this is that decimal glitch, but to hell with it. 5/5
