So let's see, a grindfest, very little progress, completely random, half of the challenges are nigh impossible without leveling them, which requires lots more pointless grinding, and yet another game from the same old developer whose games almost always get badges whilst plenty of other fun and highly rated games go without. Why do I get the feeling that kreds are the main reason that this was badged?
What's the point in Intercept being unlocked at lvl 22 when it requires Combat Master 2 which is unlocked at lvl 26? Enhanced Delphic Destroyer and Combat Master work in the same way too.
Zone 3 is ridiculous. Give me the hard badge already. I dread to see the next 5thPlanet clone game arrive milking yet more money with another set of guaranteed badges simply for that reason.
@SKL0 That looks like a friends only option to me. I mentioned an invite only option, which would allow you solo or invite players that you want to invite, not have an army of lvl 10-30 friends inviting themselves to your game, that don't speak English, following you around once you reach the 2nd floor of a 5 floor grindhouse run.
I wish that just for once I could SOLO a dungeon, I can't even rush the tutorial without 3 people joining my game. There needs to be an invite only option.
Something needs to be done about afk players, no gold or xp from drops? They still get completion bonuses and they make the enemies twice as hard. Earlier whilst grinding the same level I came across the same player 4 or 5 times and he was afk every single game, I see why he was a lvl 60 using lvl 10 weapons, he doesn't use them!
There are dozens of highly rated new games coming out that deserve badges but never get them, yet an average, year old, already badged game gets even more badges simply because it's a money sink. This is all Kongregate has been about in the last few months.
After dozens of attempts I finally 3 starred lvl 19, I'll leave the last two at 2 stars, they literally seem impossible. I was thinking there would be some secret ship or weapon to help with it when purchasing all ships, weapons and upgrades but there's nothing. I think I'll go have a much easier time playing Touhou on Lunatic now.
Got the medium badge in under 2 days. Put ALL stat points into Stamina, save up Golden Suns to purchase one of the high attack items (Zombie's Brain Recipes for now) and join an alliance as soon as possible to use Honor for additional raid damage as well as chances at better gear. You can get the badge at around lvl 40-45 doing this, and with the high stamina you'll be leveling really fast too.
The Unstable Grav Rift caught my attention, there are 3 other such cards that generate 3 different types of energy per turn and these cards don't have race/energy icons besides the race which they belong to.
Hovering over each faction emblem should tell you which type of energy they use, unless I'm missing something it's a pain to look through each of their structures to find out which is which.
Look at the colors - if the race icon and the energy icon have the same color, they belong together. Also, all energy structures belonging to a certain race will generate the energy of their own race (sometimes also energy of other races, but always their own color first).
Most of my deaths are from activating shield, charging through enemies, dying, then instantly realising that shield must have been 0.1 second away from being active. When the screen is 95% covered with enemies and their projectiles you don't have time to notice that the abilities have a glow effect to indicate that they're active, a change of colour to indicate that they're inactive would be easier.
2 cats + ninjas, fully upgrade candy before anything else. Died on wave 18 with 33,706 points. Also if you need to rank up just start the game and die asap, it takes a couple of minutes to get to the highest rank.
