I advise you to remove the two RNDx7 and Lord of Lightning Achievments. Most players skip one or both of those launcher. You could replace it with something like "don't take damage for x seconds" and "kill x enemies with one launcher use".
Also, make regen stronger but spawn next wave after X seconds even when there are still enemies on the screen. Right now you can just keep one enemy alive and regen to full.
Nice concept. I like the different outcomes of combining the three colors. Some explanation what "stop" or "teleport" actually do would be nice though. And some way to use your money except for unlocking slots. In most of the higher levels I always had excess money from the middle of the match to the end.
The last map is very very hard. Even with all upgrades and a giant loop over all the map I can't do it.
The sound keeps stuttering in the maps so I usually switch it off.
ok, reached wave 100 with just building machine guns and clicking "start round" (http://i.imgur.com/yUvlEXO.png). nothing else to do. and I've got enough cash saved to buy 160 more machine guns. this game may need some balancing ;)
sandbags and machine guns are all you need. the machine guns (5K $) con't run out of ammo and have a good range. sand bags also seem to hold forever. you can add one or two of the big yellow things for fun. they are slow and shoot five rockets.
Very Good Jon with Sequel :) I really like the setting.
Two things though:
1) I sometimes get horrible Mouse/Control Lags. My mouse cursor moves around in circles for 2 seconds while I'm not doing anything. Can lead to death :p
2) Kills by your Henchman/the Guards you are Training and by Enemies you've infected should give Gold.

I really like the changes to the game. Amazing job.
But I hate pay-to-win-games. You should at least make all the game modes available in the free game (especially "Endurance").
Nice game. But the endgame is very cluttered. I've played 21K ft in suvival and I did not know what I was doing. When fighting bosses I was constantly pressing up, unabled to collect weapons/keys/support items, because I did not know where I was.
Please add an option to hide fuel, gems and cash. That would help alot.
Please change the flashing mail/quest icon. It is really annoying.
And no, I don't want to trade in a +2 gem for 6 Energy. An option to decline a quest would be nice.

there are three things which could be improved IMHO:
1) wave 30 is way harder than any previous wave
2) getting cash for upgrades should be easier at 30+. just add some quests for endless mode
3) some more upgrades like mentioned by other gamers: barbwire, turrets, ...
